The unit was comfortable and well decorated. Pier Park and the Beach are within walking distance. Location is prime! Jason was very responsive to messages. We enjoyed the stay and would return to stay again!

Everything about the stay was perfect. The unit was exactly how described and pictured. Perfect location too. Jason went above and beyond to accommodate my stay from arrival to departure.

My husband and I had a great time! The place was just as pictured and the amenities were great! Quick walk to the beach and the pool was perfect. We enjoyed the sunsets in the evening on the patio! You’ll love this place!

Enjoyed our stay.

Place was so clean and updated! It was soo nice and had everything we needed. hard at first to figure out parking and what level to park on, to be cross bridge to get to building and then which elevator to take to get to room but after a while we got it. Very nice views and the pool was great! Very busy location and had access to so much in walking distance. Dishwasher broke mid cycle and notified Jason who offered to have someone come and clean the dishes. I washed myself as it was a minor issue, and the offer was super nice. Enjoy your stay!

A great host and great place to stay. The building and condo seemed fairly new and it was in great shape. The location was great, next to Pier Park which had great entertainment and pier fishing. Great pool as well. The view from the balcony was amazing. The host communicated regularly and was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was as listed, if not better! Will definitely be back, and recommend Jason’s listings to friends and family. We had an issue with the air, which a lot of people did since it was so hot. But, Jason was very quick with communication and had a technician come quickly to help solve the issues. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect location for convenience. And the property is beautifully decorated and clean. Jason was also the perfect host and had perfect communication the entire trip.

Just like the heading says…..amazing views. The host was fantastic. So accommodating and very quick to respond with any needs/requests. The room is super clean with amenities that made us feel at home. Very close to WalMart and Target which made for easy shopping for the basics. Just a short walk from Pier Park with lots to do. The beach was perfect and sunsets were fabulous. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. There is construction directly beside the building; however, it didn’t deter from the view and while it was a little distracting while at the pool, work stopped before dark. Zero distraction at the beach. Plenty of parking and easy access to the room with fast elevators and keyless entry. Check in and check out were both seamless. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be recommending to others as well as returning to stay in the future!!!!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and so clean. Communication with owner and staff was top notch. Would definitely rent from them again.
