We had a female biker weekend and had a great time, the condo was very clean easy to get too.

Super cute, comfy condo. About a 5 minute walk from the beach. Excellent place to stay in Panama City Beach.

This place was a Wonderful place to stay! It was very safe, clean and it was neat to almost everything we wanted to go do! It was just steps away from the beach. The condo came full stocked with everything we needed and more! An excellent place for the family or couple to stay in Panama City! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile! It is very reassuring to stay at a place these days were you are not worried about getting your things stolen. We walked to almost everyplace that we went, and it was a short drive to every place we drove. We never were bothered with any partying or loud noises. This place overly exceeded my expectations! I will definitely stay again!!

This place exceeded my expectation! Place was very welcoming from the start when you drive in. Very Clean. Short walk to the beach! Short walk to an arcade which my kids loved! I felt safe staying here with my family and left my stuff out with the feelings it was ok. Will stay here again for sure!!

We had a great stay. They even did good deed by blessing us for our 15 yr anniversary. Nice and quite and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at gulf highlands. The property is in a good location~ close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The townhouse was well stocked and even provided beach accessories, like chairs and a beach wagon. Check in was an easy process. The host stayed in contact to make sure we were all set. Overall it was a nice vacation and I would recommend this townhouse to anyone!

Love this place! This is a great vacation stay with all the amenities you can imagine. Close to restaurants, shopping, activities and the beach. We have stayed in the spring and in the summer. It’s so nice to have a heated pool and miniature golf. We would be happy to come back anytime. Clean and comfortable with great communication from staff.

nice place, good location

We stayed at Jason's place for a week in October '22. We simply loved the place. It was comfortable, and had just about everything we needed. The proximity to the beach and gulf is awesome and the many swimming pools and other activities is overwhelming. We walked along the front to restaurants and to the beach and even to the shops, it is so convenient. We hardly used the car. We thoroughly recommend this place and we were delighted to stay here (and Jason was able to help out and let us stay at really short notice)

Place was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Location was awesome with a short walk to the beach and we utilized the amenities that were offered. 5 out of 5!

Great location!! Only a short walk to the beach. The accommodations were nice with plenty of space for the four of us. If I ever go back to PCB I’d definitely stay there. Also, the host, Jason, was fantastic. He made sure to stay in touch upon arrival and departure. He provided all the necessary details to make the stay a great experience. We left our wagon at home, but guess what?!? He had one already there for us to use. Great experience!

The condo was the perfect location for my family of 5. Just a short walk to the beach. My boys loved having all the different pools to swim in. Check in was super easy and Jason was very attentive. The condo was the perfect size for my family.

Jason was a terrific host! This rental had more supplies than any other place we have rented at the beach. If we were in need of something, they were quick to provide it! This was our first time booking Airbnb. We typically use VRBO, but this Airbnb was a game changer. Will definitely do this again for family beach trip!

Great spot. There is a back gate to the community that leads to the beach. All together maybe 5-6 min walk. Had 3 little ones with us and we just pulled them. Perfect spot!

This location was great, lots of pools and very convenient to the beach. Check in was a breeze.

The place is exactly as advertised! My family of 6 including myself enjoyed our stay. We were a bit concerned because the unit was a little older, however, it was very clean, nicely decorated, and is close to everything (we did a few Walmart runs). We took advantage of the amenities at the property and had a blast! Both Jason and Kristopher responded quickly to questions I had concerning the community. We had issues with working the downstairs tv, but I think it was a user error and nothing to complain about. Outside of that, everything else was great.

Really enjoyed my stay!! It was very clean and cozy. Looks even better in person. Jason was very accommodating and when I asked about having beach items so I didn’t have to bring extra stuff since I was in a small car, he brought over beach chairs, towels, and a wagon! The location is great! Close to many attractions, like bowling, mini golf, Wonderworks, Ripleys, Pier Park, and a mall. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. The walk to the beach is a little further than I expected but it’s not bad. Way better than driving and having to find parking. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

My family had an awesome time staying here! As we walked around we noticed not all units have a front patio, back patio, and or back balcony. This one has all 3! It’s in a great location with very close access to 3 of the 11 pools. The one pool directly behind this unit is heated as well. It’s also only about a 5 minute walk to the beach which is awesome!! This townhouse looks just like it’s pictures, the beds are both king sized and comfy! We will definitely be back!

A short walk to the beach. Many swimming pools, some are heated. Miniature golf course, tennis, and shuffle board. Plenty to do and more a short distance away.
