Completely Remodeled. Sleeps 8! At the Great Escape you are only 2.5 blocks from the emerald water and white sands of the Gulf, 3 blocks from Captain Anderson's Marina, 1 mile from Saint Andrews State Park and many restaurants and bars!
The Great Escape is a 2 bedroom/2 full bath with a backyard set for entertainment. The living room, bunk room and both bedrooms are setup with flat screen tv's for your viewing pleasure as well as WIFI through the house. The master bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the bunk room has a set of bunks(upper is a twin and lower is a double).

We loved being able to stay in a house instead of a condo! A very cute house and short walk to beach or bay. We really enjoyed the wagon, beach chairs and sand toys provided. Super clean and great communication!!

The house was clean, a good floor plan and comfortable. Jason checked in just to make sure that we had everything we needed and asked if we had any questions about anything. Jason is a wonderful Host!

This house was a good value for the price. Ac was cold, showers were hot, beds were comfortable, furniture was fantastic and sufficient for the amount of people advertised. Back yard was excellent. Distance was further to the beach than expected: 8-9minute walk (based on Google maps). On the upside, there is a lovely boat dock and loading ramp 2.5 blocks from the property on the lagoon side! There are also a couple of benches at that dock. When you get back from the beach, there is a really convenient outdoor shower to the right of the front door around the corner. All fixtures for this are painted the same color as the house, so you might not notice it. Neighbors were quiet and this rental appears to be surrounded by owner occupants/long-term renters. Any concerns I had will be addressed by the manager before anyone will come to stay here. I would come here again:)

Excellent stay! Jason very responsive and helpful to all our need or concerns. The Great Escape is the perfect beach house. Love the patio and quiet backyard, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Just a few block walk to beach, and lagoon. Will definitely book again!

Great place to stay. Good communication between the host and I. Would most definitely come back
Jason… the host from Nautical Properties was amazing! Him and his staff saw to all of our needs. The house was so clean when we arrived they even had normal sized soap amenities at for the stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
