Love Laketown Wharf. We have stayed there for the last 9 years. Perfect place to stay.

we had a very good time, would like to see kitchen cabinets to be cleaner, one role of toilet paper per bathroom for 5 days definitely is not enough, but Walmart is in a walking distance. Overall we satisfied with this property and considering for a future stay

This was a great option for our family of 6 when we needed a last minute place to stay in town. We weren't in town for vacation, but did find some time to enjoy some of the amenities at LakeTown Wharf. The Condo was pleasant and had everything we needed. The bunk room area in addition to the 2 bedrooms was nice since we are a large family. Everything was in working order, with some minor wear and tear issues here and there that are common with condos. The cable did not work in the 2nd bedroom and would go in and out in the living room, but we weren't using the tv much anyways. The balcony was huge and had a great view of the Gulf as well as plenty of seating. The beach was a very easy walk across the street, and the pool areas were plentiful and very nice, although the kiddie splash pool could use some maintenance. The lake and boardwalk area are a nice touch, and Juan Taco on the boardwalk was fantastic. Overall we would definitely recommend LakeTown Wharf and this condo, and would and likely will utilize this resort again in the future. A lot of people seem to complain about the elevators, so here is some advice based on what we discovered. If you park on floors 2 through 6 of the North garage and take the walkways over to the main building, don't use the elevators directly across the walkway. These were always the busiest elevators and we had much shorter waits when we walked down to the other areas to go up or down.

Great view, tidy condo

Balcony, View, and Location is 5 stars. Expect to wait on elevators during high season. We walked up 11 flights of stairs several times during our stay due to line. Jason is great at communicating, condo is spacious. Pools are very nice, easy walk to the beach. Primary bedroom bed wasn’t comfortable. Could use a mattress topper, besides that. We enjoyed our time.

I stayed here for almost two months, it was a great place to stay and the owner/property manager was very responsive when I had an issue with the mail.

We had the best time. Views were spectacular and the condo clean. Our check in was super easy and if we had a question it was answered right away. I give you guys a 10/10! We will definitely stay again. Thanks!!

The check in process was so easy. the only issues we had was the long elevator waits, of course that’s no one’s fault. This place was so good. the pools were beautiful staff was extra friendly. Everything was amazing! We will be back!

Property was wonderful! The view from our balcony was priceless. Crossing the street to the ocean was easy...crosswalk to private beach access very nice.

We had a wonderful time, the condo was perfect, with a great view of the beach. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Several places to eat within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

The photos of this condo do not do it justice. It is beautiful and spacious!! The view from the balcony was amazing. Lots going on while we were there and we had a great time watching all of it from a birds eye view. Bring comfortable walking shoes as the parking garage is on the opposite side of the building and it’s not a short walk. We loved having the beach on one side and the lagoon on the other. We woke up one morning with an osprey literally at our front door! Most everything is walking distance from the property - food, shopping and entertainment. Juan Tacos (on site restaurant) has THE BEST FOOD! Order the shrimp tacos and chips and salsa…YUM!!! Having so many pools to choose from was convenient as spaces filled up quick but it never seemed over crowded. Elevators were slow during peak times (check in/out and supper time) but once we figured out the timing it wasn’t bad enough to really complain about. Our entire family had a great time and we cannot wait to start planning our next stay!

We stayed here for a much needed summer vacation. The owners were VERY responsive & the check in/out process was seamlsss. The condo was clean & exactly how the pictures show. The pools, fitness center, restaurants, ice cream shop were all great to have on site. It was very easy to access the beach from the condo. We would definitely stay here again & recommend this to anyone looking to have a great time!

This is a very nice apartment. The manager was very easy to work with and very helpful anytime we had a question. There are 5 great pools but only one is heated. Most people used the heated pool as it was cooler outside. People were very friendly and having shopping nearby was a great asset.

If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this condo. The Host, Jason, was awesome. His communication was great and gave us all the details about everything before checking in and checking out. The check in process at the Laketown Wharf, was one of the easiest Check in’s, we have done yet! The staff were very friendly. The only downside, are the elevators. You will sometimes get lucky and catch one right away, or you will have to wait a good minute for one. Some staff did say they are actively trying to resolve that issue. The pictures and the description of this condo, were exactly like what Jason described in the description. The view was amazing. We definitely recommend this condo to any body interested in staying at Laketown Wharf!

Everything was amazing!!! The unit was spacious the views were spectacular. The location was great and close to food places and activities and even a Walmart in walking distance. The response time from Jason was great and answered fast. Me and my family will definitely be back.
