LTW 1122-Sapphire Sea

From the online rental, to the Check in, everything was simple and was very quick. The rooms were clean, view was phenomenal, and the pictures portrayed the room perfectly. The balcony furniture and size were excellent. Enjoyed our stay and would come back again in the future.

This stay was perfect!!!!! Close proximity to everything. The place looked exactly like the photos!!!!! Super spacious. Extra towels are under the sinks in bathroom. Overall great stay!! Only problem was that there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Stayed at Laketown Wharf #1122 Apr 19-22. Condo was clean, well maintained and owner responded to communication very promptly. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Would definitely stay at this owner’s property again.

This condo was everything we expected. Everyone was very comfortable and the view was great! Balcony was huge and just like the pictures. Communication was easy and received quick responses. I will say the elevators and wait times were disappointing. Other than that we had a great time! Thanks!

The condo was beautiful, exactly as pictures. It was easy for my family of 8 to make ourselves at home while there. The only complaint would be the wait on elevators were extremely long, and with my husband being disabled, stairs were not an option for us.

It was beautiful! Looked just like the pictures. Decorated in total beach vibe. Lots of space. Balcony was awesome great beach view! Elevators were a little slow but it is a high rise and we were on the 11th floor. All in all perfect vacation and we want to come back!

This was a last minute day before leaving trip. Condo was great. Well kept, roomy, clean and nice view of ocean. We enjoyed our short trip and wish it could’ve been longer. Did a last minute trip here with my 23 yr old and 19 yr old daughters. Communication with owner was great and they checked in several times. Definitely a much needed last minute and no real complaints. You do have to pay $69 separately for parking and wrist bands but that’s a property requirement. Would definitely return. Thanks!!

We stayed in 2 of Scott’s properties. They were both absolutely stunning, and extremely clean. Communication was so simple, with quick responses. View was priceless! Will be back!

Everything was as shown and according to the helpful information that was provided prior to our arrival. Very spacious condo with a wonderful view. The pools were nice and the grounds were well kept. There is a Walmart across the street for anything you might need and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was wonderful, t6he ocean was on one side and a lake was on the other. Everything from food to souviners was close by.

Our condo was super nice and fully equipped . I would love to stay there again ! I parked my vehicle and didn’t get back in it until we left. Everything was in walking distance.

Pretty easy checking out and in. Great location, loved the restaurants that were at the condo as well. Only this is wish we were told what to do for check. You just have to throw away everything and leave which was new for us.

The property is beautiful. Several nice pools are available. There is food available on property. Just a short walk across the street to the beach and famous Pineapple Willy's beach bar. The downside is that the elevators are super slow. One was broken while we were there. Plan to wait for a good bit. We actually took the parking garage elevator to the 10th floor pool then walked across to the building and took one flight of stairs up to the 11th floor we stayed on. It was much quicker then the regular elevators but also was more walking. They have wrist bands for the property which is great but they even required you have them when coming back into the property at night even though we had the parking pass. They said each person in the car was required to have one. I thought that was a bit much. The condo we stayed in was nice for the most part. It was pretty and the size was good. View was excellent. The beds were comfortable which is important. The couches need to be replaced they are very sunken in when you sit on them and aren't very comfortable. Over all it was a good vacation but I am not sure I will come back due to the elevator situation. They say they are getting upgraded this Fall. They need it for sure. I hope it helps.

We had an amazing time, our condo was very clean and nicely decorated! I loved being right across the street from pineapple willy’s! There are definitely a few things that needed some work the elevators were terrible and several were broke down at some point during the stay you generally had a 20 min wait to be able to get on an elevator. We took the stairs the majority of the time but being on the 11th floor that was quite exhausting! The adult pools and main pool were absolutely great! The kiddie pool on the 4th floor was terrible the animals in the water were broken and falling apart only one fountain thing was working the butterfly slide had caution tape around it and was broken! But over all my stay was Amazing the staff were very friendly! The location was great! Live music nightly was wonderful, it was a very peaceful relaxing atmosphere! I would definitely recommend!!

We had an excellent experience with the view of the water and the quality/cleanliness of the condo. I will say however that this property is located on the 11th floor and because of the volume of people staying at the property it’s very difficult to catch the elevator. So if you are disabled or have mobility issues this is not the place to stay. This is a congested area with lots of people so keep that in mind as well. Overall the property was beautiful, property manager was helpful and stress free. I would definitely recommended this place.

This condo had everything we needed and plus. We had 7 people on our trip and everyone was very comfortable. View was great! Balcony was huge and Scott was super easy to work with the whole way. Only downer was dealing with the elevators. Other than that we had a great trip!
