Conveniently located on the 1st floor of Laketown Wharf, you can skip the busy elevators and walk right to the condo! With a fully equipped kitchen plus balcony seating, guests can enjoy a homecooked dinner while watching the 8pm nightly light show on the lake.
Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

I would give 10 images stars!! Unit #113 was a 1 st floor is the best location!! We're on the first floor so we don't have to worry about elevators. It's so close to everything you can walk everywhere you don't have to worry about driving and it's cheaper there than it is at other places. I was so shocked I thought it would be expensive.!! Definitely will be vacationing here a couple times a year!

Location is nice, close to food, beach, Walmart. Room was super clean. People were all friendly.. didn't have to deal with crazy traffic..our room was on the first floor so getting in & out of it was quick which is a big deal to me.

Jennifer was amazing to work with. She was very accommodating and very pleasing to work with. Our stay was great, especially with its accessibility to the beachfront and Pineapple Willies. Would recommend this place to anyone and working with Jennifer with the best logistics!
