LTW 1602 Grand Gulf Getaway

We’re less than admirable

We very much enjoyed our week at the property. The views were amazing, pools were kept sparkling clean, the lake was very nice as well. The beach is just a short walk and of course the crystal clear gulf is breathtaking. The location is really quite good...we went to pineapple willy’s which is just across the street and visited Juan taco’s which is on-site...delish! Except for the kids pool, we went to each pool and loved them all..the main pool also has a cool little tiki bar. My husband and son used the workout facilities, which is super nice...not your run of the mill hotel gym. They also made use of the roof top putting green, so you can say we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. I think it’s important to know for someone who may have mobility issues, that the walk from the parking garage to the actual unit is long....in general not an issue for us, but loading and unloading the vehicle was not fun with the long hike to the room, added to that, the super slow elevator. Of course, neither of which can be controlled by the owner. The only negative about the unit itself is the master bedroom bed...needless to say, I slept on the couch all week. With all that being said, we’d visit the unit again...it was lovely and as described. So long, PCB...until next time.

Property was just ok. The kitchen was not well stocked at all. We have stayed in many condos but this one did not have adequate silverware or pots and pans to cook a meal. Elevator on this end of building didn’t work half the time we were there.

The property is Massive. 5 pools, restaurants, shops, and views that go on forever. It takes a minute to orientate yourself once you get there to check in. You need to learn where the elevators are and you can navigate the building much better. Across the street from Pineapple Willy's and the beach, and just behind is the walmart for all supplies. Right in the center of the strip. Great Property!!

Make sure you keep up with your wristbands, the security will make you have them. Or they will take you to the front and try to make you pay $100 for a new one.

Great place, very clean, provided basic necessities, the king bed felt like a sheet of plywood from the 80’s. May have just been our room but would expect this problem to be addressed by the way it is taken care of.

This was my family’s first time vacationing to PCB, and we loved it. This room is in an amazing location, and the cleanliness of the room was superb! We will definitely be booking with Jason again in the future! 10/10!!!!

My trip was awesome from start to finish top notch service and Jason made sure that I knew where all of the the permit parking was located and told me to contact him if I needed thing the best trip ever

We loved our stay with Scott! Check-in with so easy and everything was communicated so well. The unit was spacious with a stunning view of the beach and conveniently located within an easy walk to the beach, to walmart, and to restaurants. It made for a great, relaxing getaway.

Scott was very helpful and prompt with responding. This is going to be our new vacation home away from home. We will definitely book again!

Very conveniently located with Walmart and the beach an easy walk across the street. We loved the beautiful view from the balcony! Had all the comforts of home (kitchen supplies if you want to cook and beach chairs to borrow) with the convenience of a hotel but also easy access to restaurants and fun beach activities. Check in and check out were simple and communication was timely and thorough.

The condo itself is awesome! Spacious and has all the comforts of home, with a spectacular view.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo has a great view and a good sized balcony. Very spacious. Scott is awesome and is quick to respond. Almost everything is within walking distance. Only negative is only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and If you have trouble walking this might not be enjoyable.

Very large one bedroom, nice amenities in the room as well as on the premises. Very close to most everything. Walking distance to Pineapple Willy's, and 5 miles to pier park, Walmart is across the road for groceries to cook in the room.

Condo is very clean and decorated very cute. I was worried after reading the reviews being on the 16th floor and everyone saying the elevators were horrible. I can honestly say we didn’t have any issues no excessively long waits so don’t let that keep your from this great property. Lots of great restaurants close by, very close to the beach, highly recommend!

Enjoyed the condo. Great view of the ocean. Nice sized balcony. Unfortunately it rained most of the time. Make sure you can walk. It's quite a walk from the parking garage to the room. Scott was great! communications was great and quick to respond.

Just accross the street from the beach and Pineapple willy's. Room was very clean and in perfect location. Plenty of space. Had to message manager about the kitchen sink clogging up. He got back with me immediately and took care of the problem right away. I will be staying there again. Absolutely loved it!

This property was clean and the view was beautiful! The only thing is that it takes a far walk getting up to the bedroom, but that’s really it!

My family and I stayed @ Laketown Wharf 4 days for spring break. We had a fantastic time. Convenient to several eateries or stay in and feed your family. Jason provides cookware and utensils. Comfortable beds, great view of beach, and quiet at night. South Deck parking provided easy access to unit. Be patient with elevator wait times of 10 maybe 15 mins but that is a small price to pay when you compare the surrounding perks. Luggage carts are limited so pack smart. Don’t hesitate. Book! Jason is awesome.
