LTW 1607 Sea-Renity

Condo was very nice and we had a decent experience overall, The owner was excellent! We suggest improvement of pots and pans and kitchen supplies. It is a far walk to elevator and the elevators have very long long waits to get up and down. Gym was out of commission because equipment repairs. Happy with cost and experience overall.

Perfect view, great layout, just what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at Laketown Wharf. It was close to local favorites like Pineapple Willies and the beach access was close! Very convenient to Walmart. Overall, our experience was good! With small kids, the walk to the beach was still a bit challenging but truly is not very far. We enjoyed the several different pools and options on site.

I have absolutely no complaints about the condo! It was nice and clean. A good view of the ocean. My only complaints are with the elevators. It was nothing to wait for 20 minutes on an elevator. It might not had been that bad if there was some kind of air flow while waiting for the elevator, or air flow on the elevator itself. Other than the elevator I have no complaints. The owner was excellent to work with and even checked on us to make sure we arrived and got checked in okay.

Location is the best!

Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The property had very nice pools and restaurants. We visited Lorries and had a great time dining and dancing and enjoying the entertainment. Everything we could want was close by (putt putt, golf, souvenir shops, grocery, golf). One of the best properties we have vacationed at!

The condo is immaculate. There was more room than I even thought from the pictures. We came with my mom, sister and 3 children, so the bunk beds were a must. Typically in a condo, bunks are stuck in a hallway, these were not, they have their own little bu j area and they are standard size if not a bit wider. Beautiful views. The balcony is very big and plenty of room to sit and relax- which we enjoyed. Owner is very responsive. The elevators on the end when the condo is at, is actually easier to get on and off. So try that if the others are too congested. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone!

The condo was everything we hoped for. The beds were very comfortable. Everything about the condo itself was excellent. But everything you read about the elevator situation is true. This condo would be perfect if there was an quick, easy way to get to it.

I loved it. The condo was clean and very beautiful. The view was so perfect. I will admit elevators were not good times but having the room we had and with the view and the locations being perfect and close to shopping and able to walk places was worth. I would definitely refer this condo to anyone for future stays.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the layout worked perfectly for our family. The hosts communicated efficiently with us. Laketown Warf is an awesome property to stay at for families. We will definitely stay here again some day. The only reason I gave a 4 for the neighborhood is because with it being right across from pineapple willys the traffic was heavy trying to get in and out.

This property is huge! There is plenty to do, places to go and eat within walking distance. The elevators on this property were hard to get on. We spent plenty of time waiting on one as we were on the 16th floor. That is the one thing I wish I could have changed! The walk to the beach was easy and the condo was clean! We wish there were more sheet pans to cook with and sheets and pillows as we had planned to use the pull out couch but couldn't due to lack of linens. Our stay went by too fast. I guess that means we will have to return soon!

Beautiful and clean property. Family friendly, great location and amazing Ocean view. We enjoyed our stay and will try to rent this property again next year.

The condo was perfect for our family for a quick Memorial Day weekend getaway! We loved the layout as it was perfect and spacious for our family of 5. Everything looked clean and well kept. The decor was beachy and homey without being dated so I appreciated that. The ocean view from our 16th floor balcony was also a plus. It was a holiday weekend so of course it can get a little busy and noisy as we were located right across from Pineapple Willy’s - but that was expected. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach and everything we needed was a short drive away. The property also had multiple pools and restaurants on site so I think it’s one of the best and convenient locations we’ve ever been to. The owner sent very clear instructions for checking in and out. Overall, we had an amazing trip and would definitely want to come back!

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely wonderful! Very clean and spacious!The multiple swimming pools were a plus for the kiddos! They also enjoyed the ice cream shop too. My only complaint is with the elevators in the facility. They were absolutely terrible and it was normal to wait around 10-20 minutes.

We had an excellent time

The condo is just as described online. It was clean and inviting. We had an excellent view of the gorgeous ocean from our balcony. It’s a short walk across one street to the beach and nearby Walmart and Pineapple Willy’s. The kitchen can use a couple of updated pots and pans but it wasn’t a big issue. We did come during Memorial Day weekend so the wait for the elevator can be long but it wouldn’t deter us from coming back. The property also had multiple pools and restaurants so that was a nice surprise. Thank you!

The room was clean and had tons of room for me and my family. Great location to everything. The owner was very easy to get ahold of when we had question. I would recommend this condo to everyone. Only issue I had was the check out time. 10am is check out and a $50 fee for every 15 mins your late? If your trip ends on a Sunday and you have Kids it puts a rush on you to get out on time. Time needs to be moved to 11am

The view of the condo is absolutely stunning,as is the condo itself.Very clean and roomy for our family of 8.The location of the condo is perfect to walk and sight see.The owners were very nice and a phone call away if we needed them. We will definitely book through them again in the future!

This is our third year in a row staying at LTW Condos. The property and views are amazing. Staff and full time residents are wonderful to speak with. The addition of several shops/restaurants on the ground floor were great as well. My kids loved the brick oven pizza from PCB Pizza. Overall experience 5/5 and highly recommend.

The condo was nice and very clean. Anytime I had question (I had a lot due to daily changes with COVID) before arriving they were answered pretty quickly by the property manager. We love Laketown Wharf and have stayed there a lot in the past. We will book this condo again. The air conditioner did not seem to cool the condo well and it was warmer than we would like while trying to sleep. I passed that on the property manager and I’m sure it will be checked.

Our condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Great place to come back to relax at after a day at the beach. Staff was all friendly and property manager was polite and quick to respond to all contact. Definitely recommend this property and management company.

We stayed here for our son's graduation from Navy diving school and several friends met up with us and also rented from the same building. Our condos were all so clean, property managers were amazing and so helpful, and the views and amenities were awesome! The beach is just right across the street, grocery store across the other street, and lots of other things to so near by. .

We loved our stay here. The condo is super spacious, very well maintained, and has an excellent beach view. Oh, and the balcony is huge!

This condo was perfect for our family! It was very clean upon arrival and everything was just as described. Master bedroom is very spacious and there is plenty of storage space. View of the gulf from the balcony is unbeatable! Will definitely stay here again!

Location was good but the walking from the condo to where we were told to park was a bit ridiculous. The condo was on the far south side of the building and we were told to park on the north side. Everyone in are group was to tired to go do anything because of all the walking to get from point A to point b. It always took us 20 minutes to an hour to get from the condo to the beach and the building was across the road from the beach.

We had a great trip overall. The rooms, elevators and the parking would have been easier to navigate with a map. Identifying public beach access locations would have been helpful also.
