It can also be seen while eating a delicious seafood meal at the dining room table. This spacious condo (1262 sq ft) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunk room, and sleep sofa. Located on the 16th floor of Laketown Wharf. The living area and bedrooms have smart TV's and WIFI is provided free. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a GULF VIEW, balcony access, and a large en suite with garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed. This beautifully appointed condo is located on the 16th floor of Laketown Wharf which is located across the street from Pineapple Willy's. We invite you to enjoy our condo while making memories with family and friends.

I really love this condo…it was nice and spacious…very quiet with beautiful views of the beach…fully equipped kitchen…huge balcony for condo…beds were very comfortable and it had everything that make your stay enjoyable… had an issue the first night and the host responded immediately and handle the situation quickly. Jason and his team were very professional, welcoming and stayed in contact until the situation was handled. I love the convenience of the various eateries on the first floor and the attached parking garages. Walmart and the beach is within 5 min walking distance. I can not say enough about the excellent restaurants nearby. I will definitely be coming back to stay.

Loved our stay- view and location were awesome! Jason was great with communication. Heads up- unit is on the 16th floor, not 5th. Not owners fault, but elevators take some time- just forewarning.

Beautiful unit with a beautiful view. Lots of space and Jason was extremely helpful and extremely quick in responding and fixing any issues that came up! Will definitely be staying here again!

This condo was as nice and clean as the pictures! Great view !! Only thing we had issues with were the elevators were very slow. Also the office staff was not very friendly. But Jason is a very good host and we would still stay here again!

Everything was very nice! The views were really amazing! Waking up to the sound of the waves is always the best! Jason was an amazing host, with a very quick response time. Any question I had, he was quick to answer. The place was really neat and clean as well! One piece of advice I’d give, is to park at the South Tower if you’re able. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and such a convenient location. The owner was wonderful answering my many questions. Check in and out was so easy. I’d definitely recommend this condo and I’ll be staying again in the future!
