LTW 1731 Endless Summer

The property was amazing. It was very clean, the staff on-site was friendly and engaging, the condo exceeded our expectations, and the VIEWS - just breathtaking! I grew up in Panama City Beach and the stunning views from this condo served my childhood memories well. The only issue/complaint is the elevators. They are VERY slow and don’t always work - which is a real pain when you have to walk up 17 flights of stairs. I would STRONGLY recommend A LOT of patience and advanced planning before leaving. However, the whole family participated in turning this challenge into an exercise in creativity to come up with new ways of reaching our destination. It all worked out. My favorite part of our stay were the quiet mornings on the beach right across the street. It was amazing!

We will definitely stay there again. The only bad thing is check out time. Leave early as possible.

this home is beautiful, wasn't to fond of being on the 17th floor wish there was a way to know before hand, maybe it was but I do not recall. Other then that its very clean, safe, lots of good people, customer service was just fricking awesome. It was Great for the kids, everything we needed was in walking distance. Me and my family will stay here again if we come back to Panama.

Jason and the folks at Nautical Properties were wonderful throughout our recent trip to Panama City Beach Florida. From the beginning to the day we checked out, the service was exceptional. They were always available. The condo at Laketown Wharf was awesome. I highly recommend them if you plan on booking a trip to Panama City Beach.

This condo was beautiful, spacious and clean! Perfect view of the fountain light show every night. I especially loved hat you can access the long balcony from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. The master bathroom was huge and the deep bathtub was perfect! Love this place!

The bright, open, clean, beachy vibe I got when I walked into this place exceeded my expectations. It is even better in person than in the listing photos. The master bath is spacious and the water in the tub runs incredibly fast. This is great because big jacuzzi tubs usually take forever to fill up. Everything about the room was just absolutely perfect to me. I was well pleased with the lake view and city lights from our balcony. If you walk out of the front door you can still get a great view of the beach and see how the water is when you wake up in the morning. If you look more closely you can see what flags are up as well. My only concern is that the balcony doors do not lock properly, so keep an eye on the little ones. They are heavy enough that smaller kids can't pull them open but still be careful. Kids should be monitored on balconies full time though, regardless of locks. Elevator wait times vary so when you plan to go somewhere factor in at least 15 extra minutes just to be safe (but we usually didn't wait that long). Laketown Wharf is conveniently RIGHT next to just about anything, including Walmart, Circle K, Waffle House, and a few others. Aside from coming from a high floor, the walk across the road to the beach is not far at all and very easy with young kids. Most people are polite and stop for you. The entire vacation was by far my best and if I get the opportunity, I will gladly rent this condo again.

We enjoyed our stay at Scott’s Condo! It was exactly as listed in the photos, was very clean and super spacious. The balcony was huge and great for the entire party to relax on. My husband & our friends husband thoroughly enjoyed the tiki bar drinks. Unfortunately it was cold so the kiddos didn’t enjoy the pools but they were very clean and looked super fun. We will definitely try to rebook in the summer.

Great Location! Absolutely loved the condo! Exactly as described. There is so much room for our family of 8! Elevators was the only downside but they got better after the first couple days!

Great place was clean and had everything that was listed. Just minutes from a lot of different activities.

The apartment was large and clean and provided everything that we needed. It is super close to the beach, to shopping, and restaurants. Make sure to be patient when taking the elevator!

We loved our stay, the only thing we had any trouble with was the washer gave us a little trouble! But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

I really enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean and comfortable. i would recommend any one to stay here. The beach was just across the road and had a easy to get to. Even though it was raining about the whole time we really had a relaxing time.

It was an easy process. Elevators were slow but to be expected. Gym was closed.

This was our first time in PCB. This unit fit all our needs. We were traveling with our 5 grandkids 8-3. There were enough beds and dishes to go around. The washer and dryer a godsend as 5 kids generate a ton of laundry. The kids loved the ground floor pool with the island. The beach access was good. It was nice to watch the light show from the balcony. The only thing that was difficult was the elevator and I think that is because of the number of people using them. We would come back and recommend to our friends! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This property was perfect for my family! I was a little iffy on being across the street from the beach, but it was fine. Everything was great! I’m looking forward to booking here again. Zero issues or complaints!

Excellent location. The condo was clean and well furnished. Communication was beyond excellent. The condo had all the necessary items needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay in the condo again.

Great place to stay

The condo was just as pictured. All the basic needs were met. The pools were great & the walk to the beach was just across the street. Jason was very prompt in responding & sent clear instructions for check in and check out.

Jason was very easy to communicate with. His place was Clean and had a great view. My friends and I would stay again.
