GULF VIEW- This is the ideal condo for families, friends, or small group for vacation at PCB! The magnificent emerald water of The Gulf and its sugary beach is experienced from a large balcony, the master bedroom, and the living area. The balcony has one set of six chairs and table, two chase lounge chairs and two side chairs. This spacious condo (1681 sq ft) has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, bunk room, and sleeper sofa. The living area has a smart TV. WIFI is provided for your mobile devices. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a GULF VIEW and balcony access, A large en suite with garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Second Bedroom has a king size bed, en suite, and a smart TV. Third bedroom has a king size bed and a 43 inch smart TV. This beautifully appointed condo is located on the 18th floor of Laketown Wharf which is located across the street from Pineaplle Willy's.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at LTW 1820 Chasing Waves. The inside of the condo is perfectly well kept and incredibly spacious.... The views out of the sliding glass doors and off the balcony are absolutely incredible. The location really could not have been any better. The beach is right there, grocery shopping and restaurants right across the street, shopping super close...It truly was perfect. I saw some other reviews talking about the elevators taking a while...we personally did not experience that at all. I am not saying others didn't experience it, we just didnt have that happen to us at all. 5 stars for sure! Already looking forward to our next visit!!

This condo was very clean, had everything we needed, a roomy balcony. The only downside is the Elevators in the building not enough and too small, sometimes broke - we had to walk alot of stairs and we were on the 18th floor. Otherwise it was great!

We do apologize about the situation with the elevators but the good news is all of the elevator banks have been or are in process of being completely refurbished and will be complete by early 2023. Room was very clean and just as described. Amazing view of the ocean from the balcony and another amazing view of the lake from the main entry door. Crossing the street to get to the beach was easy with private beach access. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a really nice condo! We go down to the beach every year or so and this was one of the best. It is located in the Laketown Wharf resort in the heart of Panama City Beach. I would definitely come here again. The pools were really nice and the Juan Taco was great. The Wharf buffet seemed a bit overpriced, but Walmart is across the road and other stores are nearby. The kitchen was good if you want to prepare meals at home. Being in a more crowded part of the beach, the beach can get crowded during the peak times, but in the morning and evening it was nice to walk/ run along the shore. St. Andrews State park was only 2 miles away and was nice for more natural beach experience. The resort pools and hot tubs were nice and there was a good variety of sun or shady areas. Didn't have a chance to use the gym but it looked nice as well. One bit of advice is upon arrival you park in a parking garage adjacent to the building. There are walkways across the driveway into the building proper. On the other end of the walkways are elevators. If you have lots of stuff you can take those, but they are very slow. We waited 10-15 minutes and none came. Ended up walking up the stairs to the 18th floor. After we did we found that there were high speed elevators in the middle of the building. As we only had suitcases that would have been fine.

This condo was great and very spacious! It has the perfect ocean view. The room was very clean and the check in process was super easy. The owner, Jason, is super nice and was very quick to respond to all of my questions. My family and I really had a great vacation. We will definitely be booking with Jason again!
