LAKE VIEW - Convenient, cute, clean, and comfortable condo available as your beach get-away with all the comfort of home. The décor is beachy and all this is for you to enjoy while you visit the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches!" Laketown Wharf (LTW) is across the street from Pineapple Willy's on the beach side and across the street from the Front Beach Road Walmart on the other side. It's a short walk across to the beach for sun, sand, and surf. Pier Park is a short six mile drive. Great restaurants in all directions, including three onsite. This roomy one bedroom condo (1047 sq ft) will accommodate up to 6 people. The bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom. The bunk room alcove is off the main hallway and convenient to the large second bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living area bring the total capacity up to six guests. Your condo is located on the 19TH floor of LTW.

The condo was nice. There are a lot of on-site activities, shopping and the beach is across the street! Lots of restaurants nearby as well. The facility should do something about the elevator situation. At times, we waited 10 minutes for an elevator! And most of the time, the elevator would be full when it did stop. A bit ridiculous, to say the least. Six operational cars for a facility that holds a small town (literally, like 4000 people) isn’t near enough.

A very nice location for a mini getaway! Loved the high view! I would advice to use the elevators all the way to the end of the building.

Overall everything was GREAT !
Jason was an incredible host; very accommodating and available! The place was beautiful, spacious, and lots of available dishes, cookware, etc. There are lots of pools, but the patrol people are very strict with pool balls and drinks around the pool. Pineapple Willys was a very convenient spot for us too, and the drinks there on the beach was fantastic! It really was a beautiful location and stay overall! Beyond his control, I will say that the elevators are an issue…like a BIG issue! They are SUPER hot and that’s when you can get on one. You can wait for 30 minutes easy, while the elevator will come, but completely packed and no one can get in. People get rude and it’s just extremely unpleasant. The DoorDash delivery person (who I met downstairs) told me this condo is known for the elevators. The other thing that I was completely disappointed in was the kiddie splash pool. There is NO slide and the sprayers don’t work. I was transferred to the maintenance when I asked about it and he said he’d been there for four months and never even knew there was a slide ever. This was the primary reason we picked this place as we have a 3 yo and I’d been showing her pictures getting her pumped up. I probably would’ve chosen somewhere else had I known. Overall, it was a fun week, but there were things that created tension as mentioned. If the things I mentioned don’t bother you, pick this place because the room was fantastic!
