Had a great time! All went well, easy breezy stay in this updated unit. No issues here just a nice visit.

Very nice condo, loved the view of the lake walking into our condo. Can see the beach from the condo and the walk to the beach was not bad

The check in process was quick and easy! Security was not harassing people like other reviews suggested. They simply checked for the parking pass & wristbands as we reentered the property one night. The 5th floor had easy access to our room from the breezeway. Didn't use the elevators much but when we did it wasn't a long wait.

We love staying at Laketown Whatf. The only thing to make it easier on everyone is to fix the elevator issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. We have no complaints. Jason answered our messages quickly-we appreciate that!

We had a great stay, not one complaint! We tried to book a room on the 15th floor but didn’t get it booked in time, we found this one next, and at first were bummed it was on the 5th floor but it actually worked out better!! The view was still amazing, the best part about being on the 5th floor was on days the elevator was busy it didn’t kill us to take the stairs! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (we cooked and baked), we loved the decorations, furniture and everything else about the condo! Pools were great and the walk to the beach was super easy! Family of 5, we had plenty of room! Suggestion: Leave the hallway light off or the bugs find their way in. It was on when we got there but we turned it off the first day and didn’t have a problem after that! Would definitely stay again!!!

This place was great , the only thing was I didn’t see the email for the code to the door so I had to wait for email I think spending 79$ for a wrist band is very unnecessary and a waste it don’t give u a discount to anything and nobody check for it. The dryer in our unit had an weird odor to it . But other then that the location was close to everything my family had a blast!

This was our first experience with Airbnb and first family vacation to Florida. Jason made the process easy and responded quickly and honestly to any questions we had. The location was great and in the heart of all the shopping, entertainment, and dining options we wanted. It was especially nice to be able to walk to the beach and then stop at one of the pools on the way back to the unit. Being able to park on the same floor as the unit was also a big plus and saved a lot of elevator or stair time. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was modern with all the amenities we needed. With 3 daughters, it was nice to have the full size washer and dryer in the unit as well as two full bathrooms. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The condo was lovely and very clean. The location was perfect. Jason was a great host. The only problem was the elevators.

This place is a gem. Stayed here for my daughters dance competition and it was perfect. Positives: Completely redone/ modern Fresh/clean/spotless Great location Kitchen was the star of the show. Every serving dish, utensil, took you could ever imagine is there. All dishes were color coordinated AND they had Tupperware to use. Upgraded tvs Board games were so fun to have Opportunities: These are easy fixes and were very minor. I would stay here again in a heartbeat (to be clear). Could use a broom. We tracked sand in and wanted to clean up after ourselves but couldn’t. Pillows could use an upgrade compared to rest of property being so nice. Pillows were not comfortable. Would be lovely to have a comforter as an option in the closets not just blankets. Friends staying in a different unit had a cheap cooler to take to the beach. Thought this was a nice touch from their owners. We used a grocery bag. Not a big deal. No beach towels provided. Packed our own. Lock was a bit tricky to use. However it seemed like most of the rental units here had this type of lock. Would be nice to have a sheet printed in unit with some tips and tricks on the lock. Overall wonderful stay! Stay here, you won’t regret it.

The location was great! The room was clean. Close to all activities.

The condo we stayed at was great. Everything was just like the picture 's.

We had a great stay. We parked on the 5th floor which meant we didn't need to use the elevators except for using the pools, but we mainly went to the beach. It was great being walking distance to the beach, and there is a Walmart across the street. My kids enjoyed the board games. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had pretty much anything you would need!
