The decor is beachy and all this is for you to enjoy while you visit the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches!" This spacious condo (1262 sq ft) will accommodate up to 8 people. There are two bedrooms–both have king size beds, two bathrooms, a bunk room, and sleeper sofa. Your condo is located on the 7th floor of LTW and is on the guest's parking deck side of the building. If you're unfamiliar with LTW, believe me this is a plus! If you have ever stayed at LTW, you know what I'm saying.

The condo, the location, and especially Jason were amazing. Communication was very prompt and timely. There were a ton of places within the condo itself and within walking distance to eat and drink. Condo was as pictured and even more gorgeous in person.

Park your car on the 6 level of the parking deck and walk to the breeze way to take the stairs to the 7 level to the condo if you don't want to wait for the elevator. If you leaving to go somewhere go to the elevator on the 6 level in the parking deck if you do not want to wait for the one on the same floor as the condo.

Great location, fit the family well with the bunk beds and pull out couch.
We love the Laketown Wharf resort! Our unit was perfect. We were able to check in 2 hours early with no problems. The property manager was awesome and made every transaction so smooth. Our family will definitely be returning to this property.
