The condo was amazing for the price. I loved that it had two rooms with king size beds in both, most two bedrooms don’t come like that. Everything was great inside. Loved it

Everything was great except the cleanliness of the property. In the time of COVID we didn’t expect to see overflowing trash cans and dirty surfaces like islands and countertops. Honestly, other than that we love the location and amenities and had a great time.

The condo was nice and clean but we never received pot holders and dish towels and had to ask for wash cloths and hand towels. That was a minor issue but would’ve been nice to be fully stocked. Only other problem we had was elevators. They were a bad experience all the way around. Not enough for the size resort and number of people staying there and had to wait long periods of time every time we’d leave the condo. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay in a nice clean condo.

Not many pots and pans, pots and pans were dirty. They had food underneath table, and coffee table. Microwave was broken. Otherwise everything else was good. Beautiful view.

The condo was very nice and spacious. It was also very clean. I will most definitely rent this unit again. Scott was amazing and very quick to respond. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the 22 twin beds did not have flat sheets on them, they were folded up & tucked under the pillows. Whoever they pay to clean the unit needs to make sure that everything is up to par. Again I enjoyed this unit & will most definitely stay again.

The condo was really spacious and beautiful. The location is perfect. So close to the beach and everything else. The view from balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The resort had so much to offer and beautiful pools. There is nothing we can complain about at all. One of the best vacations ever!! We will definitely be going back!

The unit was beautifully decorated and furnished with up to date appliances. The master bed room has it's own balcony entrance which was super special to me since we had a person using the pull out couch as a bed in the living room. This way they were not bothered by us going out to enjoy the view. You can easily walk to the beach and the unit comes with a private beach access code to take provides you with an easier beach access. There are many things located with in walking distance to the property. The property manager was super helpful. He provided us with parking passes, amenities wrist bands, and even was available to text me on the wifi password when I left my print out at home. We would definitely come back!

This place was clean, nice, big enough for the six of us. Right infront of the beach and close to restaurants and entertainment. Will definitely come back here again

The condo has up-to-date amenities, plenty of room for our family, a beautiful of the beach from the balcony- photos on the website do not do justice. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Sitting between Wal-Mart and the ocean, what more do you need? Of course there are restaurants within walking distance (we didn’t want to drive any more than needed). The location seems very popular so plenty of people watching also. We had a great time and stay here.

This is a very nice unit. Everything was as advertised. Would recommend to family and friends.

great location and view from the balcony!

Stayed at the property for a week at the end of July. Enjoyed the unit as it was spacious and exactly as listed. Slept 5 comfortably and we could have had another with the bunk. Plenty of things to do and places to eat at the property with pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and multiple restaurants. Only a couple complaints.. the floors in the unit need mopped. We couldn’t walk to our room from the living room without our feet being completely black. There was no sand in the floor when we arrived, which was good. But even the first day our feet wouldn’t stay clean just being in the unit. And the elevator situation (out of the owners control) isn’t fun. If you can take stairs, do it. From the ground up is not bad. But trying to park and go up to 8 isn’t fun and trying to get on with a load to stuff to go down to the beach will take 30-45 minutes on average.

Property was great. Any issues were more resort related. Nautical properties (Jason) was a great help with anything we needed.

This was our first trip to Panama City Beach. We did not know what to expect of the area. But the location of this unit is easily within walking distance to the beach, eating facilities, and gift shops. So if you are a person who doesn’t like to drive into much traffic you can find plenty to do within a reasonable distance to your stay. The property was very clean, friendly staffed, and we did not encounter but a few young adults partying at the beach. We didn’t mind the noise of the other tenants because when you shut the balcony doors all of the outside world disappears and you can’t hear any of the traffic or any of the happy fantastic people roaming. The unit it’s self was beautifully decorated the check in process was a breeze! I appreciated Mr. pope’s attentiveness (Especially when I did not bring the Wi-Fi Password). Traveling with family you are bound to forget some thing but the unit was thoroughly stocked to meet all of our needs. We even found fans in both of the bedrooms which we were excited about since we use white noise machines to help us sleep at home. Our family travels together at least yearly and have been to many units and beaches. Every year we vote and all 6 of us voted we would definitely be back to these beaches and hopefully this unit. Ps if u book this unit...check out the room top pool, you will not regret it.

Condo was great and just as described. We had a great time and absolutely no problems from booking to check out! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and this place is in a great location! The walk over to the beach is quick and easy, the balcony is so big and spacious, and the condo was comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo, Everything was clean & updated :) the view was amazing front & back, walking distance to walmart. Restaurants down below & the coffee show was amazing ! Will definitely return !!!

This condo was very nice, and the property has lots to offer as well! It’s very convenient to lots of restaurants, and Walmart is basically across the street. I would most definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our host Scott was very responsive and helpful. The condo had a beautiful view of the Gulf! And the accommodations were great for our family of 7 including 5 kids. We would definitely recommend this place and we would certainly return.

I was very pleased with our stay at Laketown Wharf! The condo was like I was at home. It offered us everything that you would have at your own house. I was so happy with the two rooms that had king beds in each room, with a set of bulk beds in the hallway! The master bedroom was awesome!! It was very clean and comfortable! I was very relaxed and enjoyed every bit of my stay!

Great location for a getaway to the beach. Lake town wharf is a great property. Would stay here again.

Awesome rental.

The Laketown Wharf is a nice condo complex. There are some minor adjustments that could improve a stay. The elevators were very slow. We waited 30 minutes upon arrival to take our bags to the room. We finally gave up and climbed 5 flights with suitcases in tow. And if we wanted to get anywhere quickly it involved more stairs. The WiFi did not work with the provided password. We tried to reach the owner with no success. The view from the balcony was by far our favorite thing about the condo. Watching the thunderstorms at night was entertaining.

Beautiful property with everything you could need!

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our family of 7 (which included our 5 young children). The place was clean and I like that beach chairs were provided. We loved the pools and the beach across the street. We arrived during a popular time, so the check-in process took long in the lobby. Overall, we had a great vacation and made memories to last a lifetime.

The condo was exactly as listed! Very clean and comfy. All amenities were available to us (The pools were fantastic). Even with the general area being a little bit rowdy (it is PCB after all), we were able to sleep without being kept up by the outside noises. Quick access to the beach and a great place to have a good little getaway. Thanks for having us!

We had 4 adults and 2 kids with us, ages 5 and 9 and it was perfect. They have 5 swimming pool areas which was nice. Great location as far as the beach, shops and restaurants go. The only complaint I would have was the elevator system. I understand there are a lot of people in the resort but sometimes it would take 15-20 minutes just to catch an elevator to take our luggage to the room. Other than that though, everything was very clean, they provided everything in the kitchen we needed (except scissors) and it was very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed the stay at Laketown Warf. Just a couple, small things: shower in spare bathroom has no water pressure, couch in living room is quite saggy, floors were cleaned but not mopped (felt gritty on bare feet before we went to beach) Nothing that tarnished our stay, just a heads up. I know it's hard to manage things from a distance. We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were spectacular with an ocean view, cool ocean breezes through the condo, close to restaurants, and Walmart for small necessities.

The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean, and we were so glad we chose to stay here. Great location- just right across from the beach which was a very easy walk, several pools to swim in, and the condo was clean and extremely nice. We had plenty of space to spread out in (family of 5 with teenagers)- lots of beds, a large kitchen to eat meals in, and a large family room area to hang out at night. The onsight restaurant was tasty (Juan's tacos), and there were many restaurants close by. We appreciated the easy check in and being told what was in the condo before arrival. Definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in PCB! It was also appreciated the host provided parking and armbands for us!

This condo was extremely clean upon check-in, and we appreciated the host letting us know ahead of time what would be in the condo. We loved having room to spread out (family of 5 with teenagers). We ate inside a lot due to the COVID stuff, and we appreciated the large kitchen island. There was also plenty of room in the family room at night to hang out as a family. The views from this condo were wonderful! You can see the beautiful blue water from the master bedroom and the family room. The beach is just across the street and an easy walk. Due to the crowds, we usually just walked down the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator, so being on the 8th floor was perfect (good views, but could still use the stairs). It was nice having several pools to choose from as well. One night for dinner we tried takeout from Juan's Tacos which was so convenient being located at the Wharf, and it was tasty food! Check-in and check-out was very easy as well. Highly recommend staying at this particular condo if in PCB!

This was our first vacation as a family of 7 and we were very pleased with this condo. It was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 young children. We really enjoyed the pools, loved the convenience of having a few restaurants and an ice cream shop right downstairs, and the quick walk to the beach across the street was perfect. A nice bonus was that the owner had a few beach chairs for us to use. We made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you.

Been staying at LTW ever since it was built. This has been one of the best stays ever. Scott was great to work with and look forward to staying with him again. The only complaint would be that the sofa would need to be replaced for a more comfortable seating.

We have been staying at LTW since it was built back in 2009. I have neverbstayed in the same unit twice- until this year. Jason at Nautical Properties is wonderful and we've enjoyed out second year in the same unit. We look forward to staying in the same unit for years to come!

We've stayed in other locations for twice the cost and had way less ease of access to our rooms. We don't care to be right on the beach or strip because of the crowds, traffic, noise, etc. This is a great, quiet, low key location where we coupé literally walk to the beach in 3-4 minutes. To drive to the public beach parking and access was under 60 seconds. With access to the lagoon, pool, and tennis courts was just icing on the cake. This was our 2nd year at this location and intend to keep returning

We have stayed at Laketown warf before - not this unit. So we knew the elevators could be an issue; however didn’t have long wait times. Loved the unit and everything was good. No issues.
