This is the first time using Nautical Properties for booking a vacation rental. We had absolutely no problems and great communication with this company for a VRBO rental at Lake town Wharf Resort. We booked unit 915 for our yearly vacation to Panama City Beach Florida. This was a great unit with wonderful views of the gulf, if your planning a vacation to PCB I would highly recommend this company and property for your visit.

Everything was perfect. Elevator has a wait but was worth the views from our balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was the best cause I had so many questions. Beach is directly across the street, gas station on the corner and Walmart 2 mins away. You can see it from your front door. Great stay

The place was awesome and the view was great. The place was clean and Jason responded in a timely manner to any questions i had.

The towel rack fell out first night an someone was there the very next morning to replace it! Very friendly an would stay again!

Jason’s condo was the perfect stay for my family and I. Very accommodating, clean, and right across from the beach. We loved being able to see the beautiful ocean right from the balcony!

Elevators are HORRIBLE they don't work most of the time and if they are busy your gonna wait 30 -45 min to get on one

This is a great unit in Panama City beach . Unit is exactly as explained . It’s super clean with great view. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. Recommend it 100%.

Jason was a wonderful host. Response time was very very quick. Unit was exactly as pictured and described. Beautiful views, very comfy king bed, even the smaller beds were comfy! Clean towels and clean kitchen items. Overall unit was clean and comfortable. Multiple swimming pools around the resort were very convenient. A couple of restaurants downstairs too (which we didn’t get to try). Super close to the beach - just cross the street and there you are! They have their own private entrance to the beach right next to pineapple Willy’s. Across the street from Walmart which came in handy when stocking up for a week long stay. 15 minutes from pier park which we frequented. Location is absolutely lovely - so close to a lot of awesome restaurants. Maintenances came quick for us also - when the oven handle broke, they came within an hour! The major issue during our stay were the elevators which is out of the owner’s control, but it’s a serious concern to note. Elevators can take very very long during peak hours - about 20-30 minutes long for a one way trip. Which defeats the whole purpose of being right across the beach and was so very painful to go through. We have a kid in a stroller or a wagon at any given trip so we can’t simply skip the elevator. Half of the Elevators were often broken. Which leaves about 3 elevators for a complex this huge - which can be a medical concern should there be a true emergency that will need EMTs to come to the unit. It took us 1.5 hours long at check in on a Friday afternoon. We had to carry all our stuff to the 10th floor parking lot / swimming pool area just so we can finally get in the unit. Other guests confirmed and shared this experience as we often get to talking while waiting for the elevators. Jason was very apologetic and gracious and so where the folks at check in when we voiced our concerns - and we understand things happen - but something to note. There’s also a concern for lack of noise ordinance as the younger crowds partied through the night and we didn’t see anyone managing that. We got lucky as Jason’s unit didn’t have unruly neighbors at the time of our stay, but we saw multiple units on multiple occasions where the music and the howling went past 11pm. The bedrooms are by the outside hallways so do expect to hear loud crowds here and there as they walk past your window. All in all, I still give it a 5 star as the issues I raised are something that Jason can’t really address, but something to note as a guest. As mentioned, the host and the unit itself was wonderful. The view from the unit was unbeatable, and it was so wonderful to wake up to every morning.
