From mid-March to mid-April, a quaint farm in Tennessee rivals the fields of Amsterdam as rows of brilliantly colored tulips create one of the most picturesque scenes this side of the Atlantic. With more than 700,000 tulips and over 100 different varieties, the anticipated Tulip Festival invites you to experience the largest pick-your-own tulip farm in the Southeastern United States.

Lucky Ladd Farms offers an exceptional day of outdoor fun for the whole family. Whether you’re wandering the rows and picking tulips for your keepsake bouquet, letting the kids enjoy the Fun Park and Zoo, or honing your photography skills as you search for that Insta-worthy shot, the Tennessee Tulip Festival is a must-do spring activity in Nashville.

This April, the much-anticipated Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival returns for its 32nd year. Sponsored in part by the Nashville Songwriters Association International, Tin Pan South is a festival that celebrates what truly makes Nashville “Music City,” our songwriters. Every favorite song has a story, and every story was birthed by brilliant creators who spend their days trying to create the soundtracks of our lives. This festival gives you a front-row seat to the stories behind the songs – told directly by the writers themselves.

If you’ve never attended Tin Pan South, it’s definitely one of the most unique things to do in Nashville this spring. Happening April 2-6, the week will feature 400+ performances spread across 10 iconic venues for more than 98 different shows.
