Very pretty condo with a great view.

This was a great vacation rental. The unit was clean and comfortable and easily met our needs. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and swimming in the ocean. The beach was great and ocean water was pleasant for swimming. Overall, very fun and relaxing.

Beautiful place right on the gulf. Everything top notch: the condo, the communication, everything. No complaints whatsoever.

Emerald Beach 1331 was a beautiful condo with an amazing view! Condo is well equipped and had a very comfy master bed (which is always important to us) . It was very clean upon arrival and Jason and Kris were awesome to deal with and very responsive. We noticed there was no hair dryer in the master bedroom and once I texted Kris it was there a few hours later! I have no complaints and will definitely be back and will rent from Nautical!

We’ve stayed in several condos in PCB over the years. This condo ranks at the top in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Nicely decorated throughout with fresh sheets, firm mattress, comfortable living room and patio furniture. We are already looking forward to coming back. Jason is extremely responsive. We had a problem getting into the parking deck and I was shocked not to get a voicemail. He fixed the issue on the spot! Thanks Jason!

Enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The views to the beach allowed me to view animals and the ocean from my balcony. I drive a Suburban and find that sometimes parking can be tight due to assigned spaces. In our case there was parking provided in a parking deck but we were able to choose the spot that worked best for us.

This place was amazing! Clean, spacious, and a beautiful ocean view. This was our 3 year old twins first beach trip and they had plenty of room to run. Games by the pool were perfect for my older 3. Host was very quick to respond to all of our questions, checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and made sure check in went smooth.

I had a once in a lifetime opportunity to go on a short trip, with my disabled husband and kids. I was so delighted when the condo smelled of fresh paint, like a brand new home when we arrived. It was beautifully decorated and very homey. Jason was attentive and made sure we were comfortable and patient as we encountered a lot of traffic and had a late check in. Directions were easy to follow, and the contactless check in was great. The condo was stocked with necessities and even a few sand toys, which was unexpected. Washer and dryer worked great, the patio furniture was extremely comfortable. We spent so much time on the patio taking in the view. Pool and tiki bar are a great amenity, and the easy access to a couple affordable local restaurants made this trip affordable for us. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Would definitely stay again if i have the opportunity.
