We had a wonderful stay, check-in was really easy and they even let us know that we could check in earlier in the day. The house is bigger than we thought in a nice neighborhood, a short drive to Rosemary Beach area and Panama City Beach area, it's a new build with a fenced backyard. The space is big and bright with nice furnishings throughout. You will have to buy your own trash bags, cleaning supplies etc as there are only enough for a day or two but that was no issue for us. We look forward to staying with Nautical Properties again in the future!

This is a new home that is comfortable and clean. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting thee.eeald coast. Please property managers keep this property clean and hold the cleaning crew accountable. Too nice to not maintain.

The unit was absolutely gorgeous, very well appointed! Everything was clean and neat, looked and smelled new! Only thing had no TV in one of the bedrooms and perhaps could use a patio table and umbrella to sit outside.And no covering/blinds on glass back door so you could look right into kitchen. Otherwise loved the property, good location and would stay again.

Everything is great, it seemed like we are the ever-first resident to this property. The amenities are new and easy to use, location is super close to the beach (<= 5min). The house still have the new house smell, which is quite nice!
Great place to stay! Had an issue with the shower and they fixed it the next day!
