** Please note: Upon arrival on property, guests will report to the Property Management Office to receive a parking placard at a rate of $25 per vehicle (maximum of 2) for a time not to exceed 10 days. Extended stay guests will pay $25 per 10 day period(s) with a maximum of $50 per 6 month period. Parking placards shall identify the unit # and the expiration date. All guests are required to have an armband while on any portion of the Horizon South property. Children 5 years old and younger are not required to purchase or wear an armband. Failure to not display an armband can result in removal from the property. Armband(s) cost shall be $20 per 7 days not to exceed $40 in a continuous stay of 6 months. Armbands will be color coded and rotated our weekly.
