Laketown Wharf 1407 The Pelicans Perch

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach condo. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with breathtaking ocean views and a beautifully decorated interior that exuded luxury and comfort. The condo was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every amenity you could possibly need for a perfect beach getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bedrooms had plush bedding and plenty of storage space. Waking up to the sight of the ocean was amazing! The bathrooms were modern and pristine. One of the highlights of this condo was the private balcony, where our family spent many mornings and evenings listening to the waves. The view was absolutely spectacular, the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of the beach. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach just steps away and a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The building itself was secure and well-maintained, with several great amenities. Overall, our stay at this condo exceeded all expectations and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beach condo in Panama City Beach!

Our stay at this fabulous condo in Panama City Beach was amazing! The condo was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and offered stunning panoramic ocean views from the balcony. The location was perfect, with the beach just steps away and plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The amenities provided made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We had a very enjoyable stay at The Pelicans Perch Condo. It was even nicer than advertised. It was very clean, great appliances and had all of the amenities and comforts of home. The mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for us but still didn’t take away the niceness and our enjoyment of the Condo. Once we arrived, the check in process to get the parking pass and wristbands was a little lengthy but that was because they had only one person working at the desk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again. This condo definitely deserves 5 stars!
