Cozy Condo. Nicely decorated. Close enough to everything you need. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. A nice view from the spacious balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals in the condo or it’s a quick walk or drive to the many restaurants close by. I can’t wait to book my next stay!

We had a wonderful time at Seaside Jewel relaxing with family and friends. The condo is beautifully decorated and is well stocked. The community is very safe and close to shopping and many restaurants. Will definitely stay again soon!

My friends and I had a great time at this beautiful, cozy condo. It was a 4-5 min walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The condo was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. When the beach was closed, we enjoyed the rooftop pool area. The only downfall was the elevators but that’s to be expected in June. We are plan to book again in the fall.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our first family vacation. Upon entering, we immediately noticed how clean and well kept it was. The owners provided starter paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, extra blankets, and laundry detergent, an amenity a lot of rentals do not provide. This meant we could take our time in going grocery shopping and relax before setting off to the beach. The property has the most amazing pool setup for young kids, too, providing a kids specific pool area, as well as a pool that doesn’t exceed 5 feet. My husband and I were able to relax while our kids splashed away all day! We also loved the location of this condo, as it provided a great view of the water show, was right above multiple restaurants where you can get a variety of food from donuts to tacos. It is also located right across the street from Pineapple Willy’s! The beach is also located right across the street, just a five minute walk. Overall, this condo provided the perfect place for our family to create long-lasting memories. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. The accommodations were comfortable from the beds to the living room seating and the balcony chairs. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful and you could view the ocean and swimming pool from the front door. It was equipped with all the basics that you would need for a few days’ stay. The location was great and several restaurants were in walking distance. We loved Pineapple Willies which was on the beach right across the street. We loved our time at 828 Seaside Jewel and we can’t wait for our next stay.

Seaside Jewel was great! The whole condo was very clean, convenient location- including the views of the sunrise from the Master bedroom, and the living room! There is a TON of space from the bedrooms, living areas, and the bathrooms. Updated appliances, the cutest beach decor throughout Seaside Jewel and very well kept. I will definitely choose Seaside Jewel for my next visit to PCB!

If there were 100 stars to give this property certainly deserves all of them! Everything was just as beautiful in person as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. It felt like I was at home and not just staying at some vacation rental. The owners of the property are absolutely top notch people and that made this even better. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. I will recommend this property to everyone I know that will be coming to this area and I am looking forward to my next stay!

My family and I spent fall break in PCB and the condo was in the perfect location right across the street from the beach with several restaurants on the resort. The decor was modern and cozy with an awesome view. The check-in process was easy and we had everything we needed for a 4 day visit. We would definitely return again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at LTW 828. The unit was so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We cooked several knights and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was a short 4-5 min walk but we also enjoyed the rooftop pool a lot as it was so nice. The lake view was beautiful to wake up to. We are already looking to book this unit again next year! Loved our stay!

Seaside Jewel was very clean, perfectly decorated and welcoming from the time you book until departure. Well stocked with the perfect home away from home feel. Tons of space to unwind yet only a few steps away from the beach! I 100% recommend Seaside Jewel for families, couples as well as girls trips!!! I look forward to my next stay!

My family and I had the best week away! The condo provided ample space for my four children, my husband and I. We loved the easy access to the beach and all of the conveniences that the property had to offer. The condo was also very well maintained. We ate at most of the restaurants on site and didn't really have to leave the property. The Walmart is conveniently located just behind the property so we grocery shopped and cooked at the condo. The girls enjoyed the nightly water show in the lake. We also enjoyed spending time at the two of the property pools. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come again!

I absolutely loved this home and stay. The welcome candle and letter was delightful. We were even graced with a water show every night. It was within 5 miles of any and every type of store and restaurant you could possibly want. It was very clean and spacious. And being across the street from the beach was the winning seal for me. I can't wait to go back and hopefully this same unit is available. And loved having an ice maker on the fridge!

My husband and I took our littles and my mother in law on a family vacation here and this place was the definition of home away from home with a side of beautiful views and convenience. There was not only more then enough space to accommodate everyone, but the bunk beds were the perfect addition to ensure everyone had the own sleeping space. We were able to cook if we wanted and walk down to several local places to eat. If you forget anything - no worries! There's a Walmart in walking distance. This was one of the best family trips we have taken and will definitely book again.

This condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and two children. The master bedroom was really nice and the bunk bed nook was so cute. We also loved the location. We were in walking distance to good food and shopping. The beach was also super convenient. We will definitely consider this property again in the future. :)

My family and I loved our stay here at the resort. The condo was very nice and beautiful, just as described! Only issue is the place wasn’t oceanfront as advertised, but Nautical Properties went above and beyond to accommodate us. Other than that I would love to stay again. We were in waking distance from everything, even the beach. We definitely will stay here again!

Really great place to stay. Very spacious, even more than we thought it was going to be. Our family of 4 had tons of room. Excellent property. Gorgeous rooms. We would book again.
