Located on the 13th floor, this spacious, lake-view, condo (1,262 sq ft) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunk area and a sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a lake view and direct balcony access with an en-suite containing a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. A washer and dryer is also in the condo.
Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

Communication was very quick for anything we needed. Had an issue with the lock on the door when we first arrived but they resolved the issue quickly and we’re very responsive.

Facility is clean and safe. Condo was clean. Don’t expect any boogie boards or sand toys to be in the closet. Waiting on elevators is a nuisance. Make sure if you have somewhere to be to allow at least 30 minutes to get down the elevator. Took the stairs several times but it’s not really an option when you have several things to tote up and down when on the 13th floor. View of the lagoon was nice and enjoyed the fountain show. We absolutely love this place! We will be back! We booked through Vrbo and Jason was great to rent from! Place had a nice view! Plenty of space and storage! Lake view with a beach view front door. Pools were so warm, clean and comfortable. The food places at LakeTown were amazing! Southern Sandwich was yummy! Elevators are a lot faster than reviews said you just have to be mindful that most checkin and out on Saturday's at 4pm so they get a little slower at that time. But improvements have been made to make sure they are faster! I loved that we could cross the street and be steps to the beach! Condo was clean and beds were comfy! Kids loved the condo!! Thank you we will book again with y'all!!
We loved where we stayed! The condo was perfect. The kids enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the light show. The place was very clean! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
