LTW 1904 A Shore Thing

Property was beautiful. However, the elevators were a struggle as there are very few for the amount of people. Average wait time 15 mins. No a/c in them. and we were the farthest away from the evelvator

The Unit we rented was great, and the manager of the unit was very responsive however, the building condition did not match the unit’s. One of our three nights there the elevators were shut off and we had to walk up to the 19th floor, not fun. The building may have been over crowded by hurricane Ida as the elevators took forever to come to your floor. The unit was great and we loved it however, the master bath shower did not drain properly so we had to shower with soap water up to our knees. I also did not appreciate the ‘be out by 10am or a $50 per every 15 minute after that charge” comment in the instructions. We had fun and it worked but I would not book it again. Also, the building had a lot of guests that were there having too much fun and made for uncomfortable elevator rides with drunk people or people still drinking while riding elevators to their units. Scott was great and this should not reflect on him, but as mentioned above; I would chose a different unit on a safer building next time. Gus

Only one problem with the actual room, the pullout couch bed would not hold an adult may of been user error. Not necessarily a problem but more of inconvenience the distance you have to walk to the parking garage. That is not the owners fault however it was a long walk. Scott was very prompt and very clear in instructions. The condo was as advertised. Overall was a very comfortable stay.

Right across the street from the beach

This was our first time at the LTW, and we loved the Wharf! Great staff, lots of lounging areas, the nightly water show, easy access to the beach, and the great pools! I loved having 24 hour security, and I loved our unit. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the ELEVATORS! At times, it took us up to 10-15 minutes to have to wait on an elevator. Then one guest gave us the advice "when the door opens just jump on or you'll be waiting for an eternity". Elevators were slow, outdated, not ventilated, and the one on our side (think that it was the East side) the display wasn't not working and floor 19 was faded out on the wall. When it's a holiday or the weekend, the elevators became a hassle, and if our unit hadn't been on the 19th floor, then I would have tried using the stairs. Also, it's hard to use the stairs when you have bags/groceries/beach supplies.

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our three littles ones, and it was absolutely perfect! It was the perfect amount of space for us 5, my kiddos slept on the pull out couch every night and slept great! There is a lot of walking and the elevators are very slow and crowded, but it was absolutely worth it! We spent our days at the pools and ocean, and then would come upstairs to nap. Perfect time to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean! The Wharf was a lot of fun, and Scott was very quick in replying and making sure we had everything we needed!

LTW 1904 A Shore Thing was a beautiful property located just across the street from amazing beaches. The condo is decorated beautifully and so clean. The resort and all its restaurants were very clean as well. LTW is located in a great location near to everything you may need on your PCB getaway. Scott was so great to work with, stayed in contact with us very well with emails and texts. We will definitely be booking this one again!

Very spacious condo! Loved everything about it.

This condo is immaculately clean and looks exactly like it does in the photos! The view on the balcony is priceless. We had a fantastic time. Scott was very accommodating and always available if needed. He responded to inquiries quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a good time! The location was perfect! The only downfall was the elevators....I've never waited so long on an elevator and once the elevator came there was no air conditioning inside. Would stay at this location again but not with kids. The condo was amazing.

Everything was so easy to book! The property had the best view of the beach. Everything felt like a home away from home. We loved it!! Highly recommend.

This was the most beautiful property we could've asked for! Scott was so great to work with, he was always just a text or phone call away if we ever needed him (never did though) The condo was immaculate and had the best views. There is a lot of walking in loved to get to the back door but that was just fine after seeing the view from the balcony. We will definitely stay at A Shore Thing at Laketown Wharf many more times!

Clean and great location!

All in all this is a great condo. It has a beautiful view, multiple access points to the beach within a short walking distance, clean and well equipped with all you will need to feel at home for the week. We knew the walk from the Parking garage to the condo was a haul but it was easily doable (3 kids 12, 9, &8 with minimal complaints). The property is a little limited on elevators but if you just go pre or post peak times there was hardly any wait. There is a set of elevators right next to the condo so that makes it easy. All the pools are nice, clean, and well maintained. The balcony was a great place to start the day and end the day enjoying the view. I would definitely recommend staying here for your vacation.

The place was very nice and clean! Me, my husband, and our 3 boys enjoyed it! The only downfall is the elevator situation, it can sometimes take awhile to get up to the 19th floor. But the views were great and we loved the place itself! Owner was always very quick to answer my questions!

Very nice place to stay it is nice and clean

This property was very nice! The owner stayed in contact with us for our whole stay. We had one little issue, but the owner was able to remedy it within a couple hours. The unit was a little farther from the allotted parking that I would have liked. However, being at that end of the building made for much quieter hallways and elevators. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Book it! You won’t be disappointed! Jason’s communication from the start was great and continued throughout our stay. This condo is extremely clean and beautiful. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The kitchen is well-equipped and has all you need. Our 12 year old son & 15 year old niece were very comfortable in the bunk room and enjoyed having their own bathroom and space. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was great! Nice panoramic views of the beach and we were able to see fireworks from our balcony! The multiple pools were a major plus and being right across the street beach made it easy to get our day started. The only downside was that the elevators were having issues causing multiple delays in going up or down, but other than that everything was great!

Jason helped us get a high chair and pack and play last minute after some miscommunication. The location of the condo is great and right across the street from the beach. The pools are also nice and they have a variety of options. Half of the elevators were broke but we found using the one by the room worked out ok due to less traffic. Good spot for our 1 and 3 year olds.

Amazing place to stay! Super close to the beach! The view from the balcony is great! Pictures don’t do it justice. The place was super clean and our host made it very easy for check in and check out!

Excellent place for a smaller group. Fantastic view. However this facility is on the 19th floor which can be a hassle getting from the ground to room!

The pictures don't do justice!!! Very beautiful condo with ocean decor. The best part is the balcony with ocean view!! Jason was a great host with great communication. I highly recommend! The only issue was elevators are a pain in the building but so worth the view!
