Laketown Wharf 2123 Penthouse-One Love

Its the only live work play condominium i know of there. Restaurants, creamery, bar, gym, pools, jacuzzi, breakfast spot, seafood buffet and a short walk to the beach, you really dont have to leave for anything.

Everything was great the apartment was very nice the cleaning can be better but overall is a nice place to stay.

This was our third time staying at Lake Town Wharf.The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed that the condo did not have carpet. Carpet and sand do not go well. I really appreciate how quick management responded to our issues and getting those issues resolved. The view from the condo was wonderful. If we return to Panama City Beach, we will make sure not to come during a busy time. The security at Lake Town Wharf did a good job with the amount of people staying.

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the ocean was very good. Walmart and some restaurants were easy to walk to. The location was close to many of the local attractions.

Our trip was everything in the description and more. They were very accommodating as we had to abruptly leave our first Airbnb bc of a water leak and got into this one within a couple hours. The view was amazing. The room was cleaned very well. Everything worked as it should. My only complaint would be the elevators. On the weekend they are fairly slow bc of all the people and on our last day only one was working. Not a huge deal. I would definitely book again.

Very nice interior, clean, spacious and a great view super close to the beach has a binder with lots of info about restaurants bars and fun activities only downside was the long wait for elevators

Jason was very helpful and honest. When you need him he would respond fast and help you out. Staff was ok but other than that it was super clean and nice place to stay at 10/10 recommend coming again.

The property is in the central location of Panama City Beach. It is close to many attractions and close to the beach (5 min walk) and St. Andrew's State Park (10 min drive). The places that we wanted to go all were close by the property, so the location of the property definitely was great and it is right in the middle of the PCB. The condo itself was also great. Besides the light by the bunk bed not working, everything else is in working order. However, we were not told and were unaware of that the AC unit in the condo would automatically shut off when the balcony doors are open. So when we first enter the condo and kids open the balcony doors to see the views, the AC went off and we did not know what was going on and though the AC unit was not working. We emailed the owner and he replied soon to inform us of the situation. So all is well and we just need to make sure the balcony doors are closed tightly. I think the confusion could be avoided if the owner could give us a heads up or put a note on the AC or balcony doors to let us know such setting. The Lakewood Wharf is generally very nice. We used the 10th floor pool and the first floor pools. The 10th floor pool are better due to the breeze. The only issue we had was with the elevators. Due to the many guests in the resort, the elevators (6 working ones) are not nearly enough. We arrived on Sunday. Sunday and Monday were SO busy, people waited for 30 minutes for a space on the elevator to go up or go down. The property is on the 21st floor (the top floor), so we had to walked down to 10th floor to go to the pool, and then from 10th floor down to first floor on Monday as we can't catch any elevators. Many other guests used the stairs as well to avoid the long wait. The elevator situation became better on Tuesday and Wednesday, as there were less guests. Also, need to plan out the time when going out or coming up to avoid the peak congestion time for elevators. Another solution is to use the side elevators towards the end of the building. However, on the left wing, two elevators only 1 was working. That is of course not the problem of the owner, but the problem with the resort management. However, just like to post the situation of elevators for future reference, and they are planning to renovate soon. Overall, it is a great place to stay. We do wish we could stay a little longer. The owner was very helpful and the family enjoyed a great stay at Panama City Beach.

The property is located in a central location which is near all the attractions and near the beach and close to St. Andrew's State Park. The condo itself is great and we had no issues at all, except that we were not aware that when the balcony door is open the AC would shut down. It was easy and quick to communicate with the owner and everything worked out great from before checking in to checking out. The resort is nice in general. It has several nice pools that we were able to use. The elevators can be problematic due to large amount of people in the resort and also due to the condo being on the 21st (top floor). To be fair, the resort is going to renovate their elevators this fall, so the situation could be better in the future. We do need to plan ahead when using the elevator on when to go down and go up, trying to avoid the jam. The resort also has several restaurants at the ground level and nearby, so it is very convenient to get food. Overall, it was a great vacation for our family. We enjoyed the time there, wishing we could have stayed longer. So if anyone who likes to have the convenience and be in the middle of a beach town, this would be a great place to go to.
