Amazing place to stay! The Airbnb itself is very nice: clean, beautiful, and close to the beach. What really set this Airbnb apart for me was the items provided here for guests. Having a nice beach wagon available to use made ALL the difference for us hauling our kids and coolers to the beach. I really appreciated that the kitchen had everything I could possibly need. They also had a small bin of toiletries in case you had forgotten something. It’s a great place to stay with little ones because the kiddy pool is right outside the front door! They even had a good amount of books and games for all ages. The bunk beds off of the hallway have a sliding barn door so it creates another private space when needed! It has a good view of the pond out the back patio. I watched the sunrise out there one morning which was so nice! Pro tip for those traveling with little ones: they have a pack n play available to use and it fits in either of the bathrooms! It made all the difference for our vacation (and our sleep!) that both our kids could each sleep in their own “room” like they are used to doing at home without us having to stay at a three bedroom place! All the appliances, including TV and the heating and air were very easy to use. All that being said, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach! I definitely plan to visit this condo again! Thanks again for the wonderful vacation. It was so lovely!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! This place was so beautiful for our family. Everything was as pictured and then some. The black makeup clothes were such a great idea! The kitchen had literally everything from an omelet maker to freezer bags and aluminum foil, and it was so organized and labeled seriously so great! There were kids games ranging from different ages, the beds were extremely comfortable ( all of them), and the tvs had netflix, disney Plus, and a few other streaming apps that were already logged in! my kids felt right at home. Also, there were beach chairs and beach balls and even a beach wagon that we were able to use! It all came in handy. Our family will be back!

So glad we stayed here! Very clean and nicely decorated. Liked that the kitchen had several pots and pans, a blender, toasters, and a handmixer and many more kitchen amenities. Plenty of cups, plates and silverware. Quiet stay and yet by the kids pool. Close to the south garage. We did not use the elevators while staying there as we did not have to. We just parked in the south garage went up one flight of stairs, down the hall and to the room. Liked the beach feel. Condo was great, location was great, everything was great about our stay. I give it five stars! Sitting out on the deck was relaxing and peaceful. I am looking forward to coming again soon and staying in this same condo.

Clean condo and Nautical Properties Vacation Rentals were great hosts.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. Being on the fourth floor, was convenient. On the weekend you can wait forever for the elevator or take the stairs which wasn't bad at all. Also, park on level 3 on top of the parking garage. Walk up a set of stairs turn right and your basically at the condo. I was worried about the kiddie pool right across from the condo. But it seemed like most ppl left that area by 10p. So the master bedroom was nice and quiet. The condo was well supplied with plates, cups, cookware and utensils. TV's were big and worked well. Both had Roku, so you can login to your personal streaming accounts. The balcony has a great large view where you can watch the water light show every evening. We didn't eat at the Wharf restaurants but the Press coffee shop was really nice. And your right across the street from Pineapple Willy's. We made some great memories there and hope to stay there again.

Very nice place and very clean! Good stocked kitchen for making meals at the condo. Nice view from the balcony of the lake and beach is very close. By the kids pool on the south end and quiet. Easy access to parking and a short walk to the room. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit was very neat, tidy, and spacious and had a lot of essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. The private balcony was great for coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening listening to the chorus of night animals. Laketown has excellent food options like Juan Taco and the beach access and Pineapple Willy's is right across the street. I would highly recommend this condo!
