We loved the room, very quick walk to the beach, and enjoyed the restaurants downstairs!

Great location. We enjoyed our stay.

Jason was great to deal with. We booked on Saturday before arriving on Sunday. We loved the room. Condo was very spacious. We had a little trouble with the door locking when we would leave (I did not let anyone know while we were there). It would always lock, but a little difficult. By being on the 4th floor we used the small parking deck. It was convenient to our room but the elevator did not go up to the 4th floor. That’s an issue for Laketown not Jason and his company. We love PC!!! I recommend Nautical Properties.

Great place, everything was close and my family loved it.

Great location with ample things to do within walking distance. The condo was clean and spacious. Check in/out instructions were clear which made our trip begin and end smoothly. The basic amenities provided were more than enough to get us through our stay. Most have complained about the long elevator wait which we did not experience. The condo is on the fourth floor so parking in the South garage on the third floor made the condo easily accessible by walking up one flight of stairs. Would definitely recommend this condo. Also we plan to book again in the near future. Thank you Jason!

We had an amazing vacation in this condo. It was clean and just as described. Check in was easy and Jason was extremely responsive. I am a single mom with 2 little girls and I never felt unsafe. The pools and exercise room were very clean. Towards the end of the trip we used the public beach access right across from the South parking garage; we liked it better. It was less crowded and a closer walk. We also loved watching the light and fountain show from the deck. We did the beach and pool every day. The 10th floor pool was my favorite!

This was a great place to stay! It was exactly what we expected. Jason responded quickly to all the questions I had. I also recommend paying your wristpass and parking fee through the link when they send it. Several people were having trouble when we checked in but not us. It took longer time to wait in line than to get our passes because it was already paid and waiting on us. I have to say our girls had a great senior trip because our room was great. Also i recommend you parking in south parking deck and walk up the one floor of stairs. If not you may be waiting a while for the elevator.

Comfy pillows, plenty of stuff for u to take to the beach, all u need is your swimsuit and food if u want to cook!!!
