The 307

The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was clean and very nice inside. The kitchen was great and we had several meals there. Plenty of room for 3 couples and the outdoors area was very nice as well. Game room was fun and provided some good fun for us. Overall Great place to spend time. Close enough to Nashville, plenty of good restaurants.

Great house! Very roomy, clean, comfortable. Nice stocked kitchen. Fun pool table, corn hole, putting green. Very nice grill and outdoor space.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. We found it to be a truly wonderful place. The bedrooms were spacious and very tastefully decorated. We also particularly loved having the pool table. Overall, this has definitely been one of the best locations we've had the pleasure of staying in.

The house was spacious and comfortable. Loved the large kitchen and coffee bar area. We used the grill and fire pit with no problems. Our teenagers enjoyed the ping pong table. Loved the provided coolers- we packed a picnic lunch one day for a hike at a nearby park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to host family and friends

We loved our stay at the 307! It was a beautiful home and very clean! Host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly with concerns. Almost everything we could need was provided. We were in town for a basketball tournament at MTSU. The location was amazing and allowed us to go back and forth to campus as needed very easily. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. We were able to wash uniforms and cook meals. It was truly a great place! We plan to rent again next year!

Great time lots of room

Great place to stay. Place was as described. My family had a great time. There was an issue with one TV and the freezer that was addressed quickly. Host was very responsive when I reached out. Highly recommend.

Very nice property. There were 6 of us adults staying and we really enjoyed the back Bon fire area. We spent a lot of time relaxing around a Bon fire with a friend from TN. There were eating places close by and a Walmart and other stores. The host for this property was great at getting back to us anytime we had a question. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We attended our daughter’s graduation. We are from out of state so renting a house was the best way family could get together to celebrate her. The house is very spacious and open. Great kitchen! The beds in all the bedrooms were very comfortable. The backyard is a lot of fun!

We were in town for the birth of our first grandchild so our stay at The 307 was perfect. The house was amazing and we felt at home our entire stay. It will always hold a special place in our heart and we plan to book again and again!

7 adults and 3 kids stayed at this location. We always go to the state tournament for boys basketball at MTSU. It was a fantastic home. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. We hope to be back next year Lord willing.

I loved staying in this home. It is nicely done with lots of great amenities. The home was very clean and it has a great coffee bar! It is in very close proximity to MTSU. I would definitely stay here again!

We came down for the TSSAA high school basketball state championships. Location was absolutely perfect and convenient to MTSU. Felt safe and the kids enjoyed the amenities. Thank you!

We LOVED this house!! Aesthetics and decor were put together very well and the place just felt so cozy! We came for a little meetup and it was perfect for a weekend in playing games and watching movies. We would definitely stay here again! Only little thing would be that some doors be looked at.. some wouldn't shut completely or they were loud when shutting/opening so that was inconvenient when trying not to wake others! Great peaceful home in a perfect Murfreesboro location!! Felt incredibly safe here!! Definitely ☆☆☆☆☆!! The house would be great for a large group or family!! The hosts were fantastic! They respond almost immediately, with awesome communication skills, thus making sure everything was a breeze, providing for a great stay! The home had everything you could need, inside & out! Very modern! Amazing kitchen, spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, fast wifi, TVs galore, & so on. Lots of extras!! If not already booked, I would have LOVED to have stayed longer, & will definitely book again. Highly recommend!! Thanks so much for a great stay!!

There were ten of us extended family members staying here for three nights. Communication was excellent. Any questions beforehand were promptly answered. The Keurig coffee machine on it's own counter was very convenient. ALL the beds were extremely comfortable. It was lovely to be able to leave without having extensive cleaning duties like with other vacation rentals. The whole experience felt like we were in a luxury hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was so cozy and wonderfully laid out. My family enjoyed the open space and the backyard even more. The games were a nice touch keeping us busy while we prepared food in the spacious top of the line kitchen. Fully stocked to assist any meal show down. Coffee bar was my sisters’ favorite; a nice meeting place to plan out our day. The house was simply put perfect for a family trip to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean.

Host was amazing! House was extraordinary! Tried to book it next weekend but it wasn’t available. I looked around and couldn’t find anything even remotely close to this house. So, I’m not going to stay anywhere else but here. Once you’ve had the best it’s hard to go backwards.

We loved this property!!! My family and I had to come to town for a funeral and the hosts were kind enough to leave a card and some flowers, which was such a kind surprise. The house was perfect for our family, and the bed's are EVERYTHING!! If I ever come back to the area, I will definitely look for this place!

Very nice house! Large and spacious and CLEAN! Our whole family enjoyed the pool table and Ping pong table. As well as the putting green outside. This was extremely nice and we will visit again. The kitchen top-WOW!

This is a very nice property- perfect location for the wedding we attended at The White Dove Barn. Clean, great outdoor space too, very comfortable for a family.
