Beverly Nash in Downtown Nashville

Great place to stay. Perfect location to walk to broadway and beds were very comfy. Beautiful view of the city as well.

Excellent-high end- top floor space! Great view of downtown Nashville from indoors or on the private balcony. App for buidling and parking access took some getting used to but the extra security measures were welcomed. Date of arrival - August 11, 2025

We were there for a business trip on a Sunday - Thursday. Overall it's an amazing property. Here are some of the pros/cons of our stay.PROSView! Absolutely stunning view of the downtown Nashville Skyline.Gym. Always great to have a well appointed place to workout when you're on the road. Everything you will need to get in a great workout.Parking. Once you figure out how to use the LATCH APP (Not very user friendly and at times super frustrating), things like parking at first rate! Always room for our car during our stay.Ammenities. Well appointed condo with super comfy beds, and couch. TV (Once we figured it out) was great as well, and I think I never logged out of my YouTube TV Account..LOL Everything you'll need for a stay. Bathrooms were outstanding, and the kitchen had what you will need to prepare meals (we ate in a lot while here).CONSLATCH APP. Can't tell you how many times I spent 5 minutes trying to open a door b/c it wouldn't work. There are a TON of doors to go through, but once you figure it all out it wasn't too bad.NOISESome is to be expected due to location, but being right next to 3rd Man Records, the concert that was going on was SO Loud it was shaking the condo with the bass, and while it's nice to have a free concert, it also is a bit of a pain when you're trying to sleep.CURTAINSIf you are a late sleeper you'll definitely wish you had the ability to black out the windows. Everything was great 

Me and my fiancé loved the place ! It was exactly what we needed for our couples getaway. The host was great communicating and the check in was super easy thru the latch app. The condo had great views at all times of the day and was super clean. Location was also perfect as we were able to walk to Broadway and different restaurants. It was also only a 15 minute drive from the airport. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful building and unit with all new amenities. Very secure parking and building. About 10 mins walk to Broadway. There’s a homeless shelter nearby, which we know could turn off some travelers, but we are from NY so that wasn’t a deal-breaker for us.

Loved every second of my stay here and the view from the balcony was amazing! will definitely be taking a trip to Nashville and staying at the Hyve again!

Amazing property..new, clean, amazing view from balcony, latch app was a breeze, parking was available for free the entire time Location..walkable to all attractions day and night, did not need to use uber unless needed due to weather, train noise was not an issue, did not even hear it when sleeping, there were homeless in the area but that’s to be expected with the location of this unit Highly recommend staying at this property

Amazing condo..Very clean..great views from the balcony..location was a short walk to all featured attractions..unit was equipped with everything you would need as if you were at home..no issues with train noise..no issues with the neighborhood, day or night, and we walked everywhere..definitely would stay here again

This place supe! It is nicely decorated and clean. The view of the city was amazing especially seeing the fireworks from the balcony. We will be back!

Had to book this place for two weeks due to work and it was an amazing time. The place looks even better than the photos and breathtaking views. Instructions were clear and access was a breeze. I would definitely book this place again

Location was phenomenal, I enjoyed every bit of it, the view was amazing, highly recommend this property, will be again in the near future for sure

The unit was very good. The location was good. 

The condo unit was beautiful inside and just as described. The latch system was pretty simple to use for entry to the building and doors. the view from the balcony was phenomenal. Very close to and walkable to a lot of restaurants. The only big detractor was the unhoused in the area but no one bothered us when we were walking around. Overall a great place where I would definitely go again!

This unit was amazing and a perfect fit for the weekend. We were in Nashville for a bachelor party and the location was just close enough to the action for an affordable Uber ride to Broadway. Date of arrival - September 5, 2024

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo is very nice, view is wonderful and parking was great. It is a convenient location as well, looking forward to returning someday!

Beautiful condo -- everything is new and sparkling clean and we really enjoyed our visit! View of the city is amazing from the fabulous balcony! Loft bedroom overlooks the downstairs and windows, but the blackout curtain provides all the privacy and darkness when it's bedtime. The Latch app sounds tricky, but works perfectly and is easy to use and we were able to use the free parking most of the time. Walkable location to so many fun Nashville locations.
