Great location and easy to reach

From the neon sign to the surfboard on the walls, this place was a 10/10! Nautical Properties were amazing hosts and we will be back.

This property is so amazing. 2 bedrooms that are so tastefully decorated and comfortable. The owner has taken care of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, wonderful linens, comfortable couches and all the extras. Short walk to great restaurants and the beach. Will definitely stay here again. What a fantastic experience.

Great place, comfy and cozy. Super close to the beach, within walking distance of multiple restaurants, and a short drive to Publix and Winn Dixie. I was working remotely during our stay, it has super speedy internet, which is a plus. The response from the host was extremely quick. Thanks for the great place!

we absolutely loved our stay! the only thing lacking were some sharp knives and a bigger pot to cook in. other than those two items, we had everything we needed! thanks so much for the wonderful place to stay. we already booked next year and can't wait to come back!

This is the second time I have stayed here, & I don’t believe it will be the last! It’s a perfect location, incredibly close to the beach! The hosts are always so considerate & quite hospitable! Wonderful experience all the way around!

Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Looked exactly like the photos, and was within easy walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. I slept very well here!

I will have to say that this was just an amazing place to stay. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, local restaurants and less than a mile from St Andrews Park! The host(Jason with Nautical Properties) was perfect in all ways. If we needed anything at all his team was responding almost immediately. We will stay with Nautical again.

Jason, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Bungalow! Having 2 boys and going to the beach, my wife was very appreciative of the washer and dryer. We ALL loved the private backyard and the location was ideal for all of our activities. Thanks for the accommodations!

This place is just as pictured. A cute 6 min walk to the PCB…. An hr away from Mexico Beach, FL (which I never knew existed. Lol) 15 min drive to Walmart & Publix. Very clean and cozy home. We will be back!

Beautiful home, the pictures don’t do it justice, located in a quiet little neighborhood hardly any traffic, conveniently close to everything. The turf grass in the backyard was also a nice feature me and the wife laid a blanket out back one night and stared up at the stars.

This is the perfect home for a beach getaway! You have the privacy of a home, but the inclusion of being a short walk from the beach! The house was so clean, & decorated so well! Jason was very attentive to us, checking in often to make sure our stay was going smooth as possible! We will definitely stay again!

This quaint bungalow was everything we expected. The pictures and descriptions of the areas are exactly what you will see. Jason is a great host and we would definitely book again.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding and couldn’t have love it any more than we do! This is a MUST STAY place for anyone looking for an AirBnB in the area!

Quiet, calm area. Very clean, comfortable and accommodating home. Enjoyable for any stay. A 4 min drive and you are in the heart of the fun. Restaurants, beach and other fun attractions very close by.

This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at. All the comfort of home, high quality & modern appliances make a big difference, all the furniture was so nice and comfortable. And the shower was amazing I might add! Very close to beach, state park, marina, grocery stores, and dining places. On the east end of beach where it’s more laid back and peaceful but, still not far from main strip. Backyard was fixed up very nice for some great relaxation time. This is a first class place! I really enjoyed my time there and look forward to future trips. I will definitely rent again as the owner is a super guy. A+

One can expect an excellent stay at the Blue Neptune. Everything was as described and even better in person. The host Jason has the gift of practicing gracious hospitality down to an art. The bungalow is clean, spacious and welcoming the minute you step in the door. Located in a small quiet neighborhood just across street (walking distance or car there are a couple spots to park if have issues with walking) from the beautiful white sand beach with breath taking sunsets. Jason has thought of everything you may need for a lovely comfortable stay. Decor is tastefully done, in a beach house theme. My favorite part of my stay was the back yard, drinking coffee in the mornings on patio and private enough to sunbathe if beaches too crowded and just want peace n quiet. Pura Vida!!!

Perfect & Cozy!!!

Jason's, vacation rental was exactly as advertised and then some. Great location a few minutes walk from the beach in a residential area. Beach access in walking distance wasn't crowded at all because only a few hotels in the area. A few minutes down the road is an incredible park with more secluded beach access. The apartment has been completely remodeled on the inside. Looks as if they hired a designer, very modern. I told Jason that my spouse had recorded every room and had been looking for all the items online and he provided us with a link to every item! I had questions about the back yard turf being safe for babies and he provided details of the materials used and links to what was purchased. We ended up having a blast in the backyard with our toddler, it was her favorite part of the trip (besides sand castles on the beach)! Very quick to respond to all questions and provide information about things to do in the area. Big TV's in all rooms that are Roku ready. Destin is an hour or so down the road if you want to switch things up for a day. Will stay there again next time we are in Panama City!
