Great place to stay. Nautical properties does it right. The unit was beautifully decorated , comfortable and had everything you needed. Communication was clear and accurate. I had to extend the stay due to a change of plans and they were able to accommodate with no issue at all. The area was great, near Vanderbilt and plenty of places to go within walking distance. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your place!

This is a new listing that lived up to everything it said it was. It's located in the West End, which is walking distance to many things, but not close to downtown. The hop-on-hop-off bus stops at the Parthenon, which is just a few blocks from the condo location. The communication with the rental company was great, and we very much enjoyed the unit.

Beautiful condo! It looks exactly like the pictures, only better! It was absolutely spotless! That’s very important to me. Hosts were very responsive and always replied quickly to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend this listing!

The check in was smooth. Place was NICE! It is exactly like the pictures. The location was pretty close to everything… 15-20 minutes was the longest we drove to anywhere…the only question was wit parking and making sure it was ok to use the deck which it was.. no issues.. will stay again if we ever go back to the city

Had a great stay here. The apartment is spacious, kitchen well stocked with all items we needed, king size bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra linens and a fold up mattress in the closet. Bathroom was also clean and had all the items we needed.
Great place off the beaten path! Quick Uber to downtown and comfortable bed!
