Unit Highlights:

Things to Note/Rules:
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- Home comes with 2 reserved parking spots. Parking passes must be displayed. Overflow parking passes are available at the front office for $10/parking spot.
- Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 10am.
- No golf carts, slingshots, RVs, boats, watercrafts, campers, trailers, recreational vehicles or commercial vehicles are allowed to park on the property.
- Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. Fitness Center (18+) hours are 8am-9pm.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, events, parties and unauthorized guests.
- A $100 fine will be assessed for violating any rules of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort.

I booked this place at gulf highland at the last minute. And everything was wonderful and what I loved the most is that they emailed me and checked on me daily. But you guys will see us again

Peaceful house with privacy, you have your own washer and dryer, dishwasher, beds are super comfy, it was clean and tidy!! Couch also turns into a bed! The gate people are amazing and help you out!! We arrived earlier than we thought and got to check in a little earlier !! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Shower pressure is amazing. 5 minute walk to the beach! Nearby bars and restaurants. Attentive hosts and lots to do.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was great. Walk was not far from the beach at all. All of the neighbors and workers were amazing and so kind. We will definitely be back!
