Laketown Wharf 1221 Eternal Waters

The condo was clean and updated. The view was spectacular. I really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was amazing the view was perfect we were right across from the beach the vibe was so relaxing and yes I would consider booking again.

The condo was very large. Not just because it had three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a bunkbed area, but because the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, and even the hallways were larger and than other places we have stayed. Nice square footage. We had plenty of elbow room here. We were grateful for the extra sheets and blankets, grateful for the two fans, grateful for the card table and extra chairs. I set that up in the primary bedroom and used it as my temporary office since I had to work a little bit each day. We had a great view out the front and back. We were able to see fireworks from the balcony. We thought the small dorm fridge in the kitchen was a good idea to have as a “pay it forward” fridge. We were able to leave some condiments and butter behind, knowing that the next guest might benefit from them. Good idea. The reviews about the elevators are true. Not enough working elevators. But we parked on the top level of the south garage and took the elevator from there which was on the fourth floor. We were usually able to jump on the second or third elevator car that came by. We found that if we left “early“ that we could beat the crowds. If we decide to return to PCB, we would probably stay here again.

The room and area in general was awesome. There were a lot of options for pools including a splash pad for littles which was GREAT! It was so nice to vave multiple food options so close within walking distance, we rarely had to drive. However. The elevator system is a complete cluster. When we were checking out, we loterally had to wait for over 30 minutes because they inly have 2 elevators and they were always packed with people. We spoke to several people staying there that said the elevator system alone was why theyd never go back to the Wharf. The room was great, the owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay overall. The elevator isnt the owners fault but it is nice to know how much the elevators suck. It wasnt an option to take the stairs because we had a stroller with our child. Date of arrival - June 25, 2025

Wow--what a great location! We were close to the beach, fun restaurants, convenient restaurants, shops--all while living in a resort atmosphere with a water light show nightly and lots of pools. Our teens loved it.

Our stay at Eternal Waters was wonderful! Plenty space for 2 families of 4. Large balcony with magnificent ocean view…we even saw a family of dolphins! We had everything needed from a fully stocked kitchen to beach toys and chairs and umbrellas. Convenient store, and Walmart or within walking distance. Restaurants on site and water show at the hotel was an added surprise. Will definitely stay again!

We had a rough start once we arrived. The morning after our first night we woke up to water flooding the under the flooring in the entire common area of the unit (1221) I contacted the property immediately, after conversation I was out in touch with property manager (Jamie) She came in person to see the issues and immediately started the search for another unit for us to move to. Jamie was fantastic the entire time, she got us another unit (1812) which was actually and upgraded at no cost to us and she even brought us a gift card for a local restaurant for our troubles! I can’t express just how thankful we are for her! After we were moved and settled in the rest of our trip was nothing short of amazing! Nautical Properties we highly recommend for any of your stays in the area!!

Wonderful place and will book it again

Room was perfect and the view was amazing . Very spacious . Checking in and out was very easy . Would definitely book again.

This was the perfect location. This was our first Airbnb experience! It was great. The condo pictures represent it exactly! There were beach items available if you didn’t have any. Location was great. Walmart was across the street in case you needed something. Close to many restaurants and things to do. This condo was perfect or more than enough for my crew of 5 with two little ones under 10. They loved all of it. Lovely accommodations! Jason was very responsive and helpful. Only issue was elevators. They took a while but no fault of the host. I had my aunt who was older and couldn’t take the stairs so we had to wait with her but my husband and kids were fine with taking them when it was just us! Thanks Jason!

Had a very good host he stay in touch with you the hold time we was there I’m give he100 percent the room was very clean and nice coming back next year ty
