Laketown Wharf 2127 Penthouse Perfection

Nice facility. Some pool was supposed to be heated. They were all ice cold. Beds were okay. Wrist bands don’t fit everyone. My husband is a big man and it fell off him the first hour.

This place was so amazing! Would Definitely come back! :)

Our family enjoyed our stay at Laketown Wharf. The property grounds were impressive, lots to see and do. There were several shops and restaurants. The 5 pools were convenient and kept us cool and refreshed. There were several seating areas for relaxing and picture opportunities. The condo was just as pictured and described. It was clean and welcoming. The view from the balcony was EVERYTHING!! The staff at Nautical Properties were quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely stay at this lovely condo again and again. Thanks for the memories!!

Best vacation. I have been to several resorts in Florida . This was by far my favorite. Beautiful condo with all the amenities and stunning view of the Gulf. Fine dining on the resort, no need for a rental car. The beach was amazing with beach chairs, jet skis, Banana boat and parasailing available at Pineapple Willy’s. This will be my go to place!

Our stay was amazing! Breathtaking ocean views every morning. And of course the beach was walking distance for us. Incredible communication, left my phone in the room and of course I didn’t remember the door code to get back in I was the only one that had it went to the lobby and they were fast to respond back to me. Thank you so much for everything. Your penthouse is beautiful and very clean.

We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. The unit was cute and had a beautiful view. The building itself is dated and in need of updating. The bracelets were a source of frustration and we had to have them reset every day we were there. The pool on the 10th floor was empty which made the main pool very crowded and busy. I don’t hold the building issues against the host as the unit was very nice.

This was my second time staying here! We love it so much! We went during spring break, so the crowd was college aged and having fun, but it didn't take away from our experience at all. The condo is kept very clean and in excellent condition. Plenty of space for us to be separately together :) The view is unbeatable. My kids and I did lots of walking; plenty to do nearby. We had to call maintenance because my son locked us out of one of the bathrooms. They were prompt and resolved the issue quickly. Looking forward to visiting again!

This is my second time here and it’s a very nice and safe place to be with your family. The view is beautiful from this place! Will be coming back for sure.

We stayed in this amazing condo this past summer and it was fantastic! Waking up every morning to that amazing view was just breath taking. The condo fit our needs to the T. We were able to make breakfast every day, wash clothes and enjoy game nights as a family. We took advantage of the restaurants and shopping below. The walking distance to the beach was very short as well as the pools were amazing too. Can't wait to go back!!!

This Condo was perfect for my family! We were so close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The space was perfect for when we just wanted to hangout inside too!

Awesome Beach view from a well furniture balcony where we spent hours connecting and dinning with our daughter and granddaughter! Penthouse had all we need to enjoy our stay with easy access to the beach.

The condo was very clean and nice and well decorated 

There were a few minor things but all in all it was a good trip. There was confusion with the beach chair and umbrella service that came with the reservation. This was quickly resolved after calling guest services. The Customer service was nice and quick to resolve our questions.

Highly recommend this condo! I have stayed here twice with a group of girlfriends, and we always have a great time. The condo is beautiful and spacious, with an amazing ocean view! Just as nice as the photos. Easy beach access and restaurants/beach bar in walking distance.
