Laketown Wharf 414 The Turtle Nest

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and clean with everything in its place. My friend’s daughter loved the kiddie pool, lower level pool and the beach. Everything we needed was in walking distance. I will definitely be booking this Condo again.

We had an amazing time! We will book this place again in the future! We had a family of 6 and it fit us well. Walking distance to the beach was amazing. Beds slept very well even the bunk beds were comfy. Tons of places nearby that was walking distance. The pools were amazing. Only complaint were the elevators they were slow and some did not work. They had a light show every night at 8 that was very pretty. No complaints we will go back again!

The location was great! The condo was super clean and comfortable. I forgot to pack shampoo and conditioner and used what was provided in the condo, not sure what kind it was but would love to know, my hair felt amazing lol We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Condo unit was beautiful and very comfortable. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Property was kept very clean. We will definitely be booking this unit again

Great place, everything was close and my family loved it.

Great location with ample things to do within walking distance. The condo was clean and spacious. Check in/out instructions were clear which made our trip begin and end smoothly. The basic amenities provided were more than enough to get us through our stay. Most have complained about the long elevator wait which we did not experience. The condo is on the fourth floor so parking in the South garage on the third floor made the condo easily accessible by walking up one flight of stairs. Would definitely recommend this condo. Also we plan to book again in the near future. Thank you Jason!

Jason was great to deal with. We booked on Saturday before arriving on Sunday. We loved the room. Condo was very spacious. We had a little trouble with the door locking when we would leave (I did not let anyone know while we were there). It would always lock, but a little difficult. By being on the 4th floor we used the small parking deck. It was convenient to our room but the elevator did not go up to the 4th floor. That’s an issue for Laketown not Jason and his company. We love PC!!! I recommend Nautical Properties.

We had an amazing vacation in this condo. It was clean and just as described. Check in was easy and Jason was extremely responsive. I am a single mom with 2 little girls and I never felt unsafe. The pools and exercise room were very clean. Towards the end of the trip we used the public beach access right across from the South parking garage; we liked it better. It was less crowded and a closer walk. We also loved watching the light and fountain show from the deck. We did the beach and pool every day. The 10th floor pool was my favorite!

This was a great place to stay! It was exactly what we expected. Jason responded quickly to all the questions I had. I also recommend paying your wristpass and parking fee through the link when they send it. Several people were having trouble when we checked in but not us. It took longer time to wait in line than to get our passes because it was already paid and waiting on us. I have to say our girls had a great senior trip because our room was great. Also i recommend you parking in south parking deck and walk up the one floor of stairs. If not you may be waiting a while for the elevator.

We loved the room, very quick walk to the beach, and enjoyed the restaurants downstairs!

Comfy pillows, plenty of stuff for u to take to the beach, all u need is your swimsuit and food if u want to cook!!!

The turtles nest was very comfortable and I especially liked it’s location near the kiddie pool. There is an awesome view of the lake and everyday you can stand on the balcony and see all the turtles surface the lake. The evening light show is a very nice touch. you have an awesome view of it as well from the balcony. The beds are very comfortable. Even the bunk area mattresses exceeded my expectations. The bathrooms were very clean and so convenient that the bunk area has its own bathroom. I also liked the fact that you could step outside the entry door to the unit and see the gulf as well. the sunsets are beautiful.
