OCEAN VIEW - Located on the 6th floor of Laketown Wharf Resort, 'Beautiful Gulf View' has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When you enter the condo, to your right are the Second Bedroom and Bathroom, plus the Bed Nook and Washer/Dryer. The Second Bedroom has a King Size Bed, and the Bed Nook has a Full Size Bed. Just ahead is an open concept Kitchen and Living Area, both with stunning ocean views. The Living Area has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and balcony access. The Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you'll need for your stay (stove, fridge, freezer, drip coffee maker, blender, utensils, etc). Just off the Living Area and Kitchen is the Primary Bedroom with an Ensuite Bathroom. The Primary Bedroom has a King Size Bed for relaxation after a fun-filled beach day, plus balcony access to view the breathtaking sunrises/sunsets. The Ensuite Bathroom has a walk-in shower, garden tub and double vanity.
Even better...you can park on the 6th level of the North garage and use the walkway to access the condo, avoiding the busy elevators!

- There is a $105 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.

- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.

Condo was great for the few days we spent after visiting family. Condo sets across from pineapple Willy’s. You have a view of ocean but there is a lot going on between. It’s a busy place. Laketown is a very large complex. Everyone complaining about the elevators. Advice stick to the sixth floor or below. We parked right by the walkway and we were able to load and unload without much trouble. The wharf is a fantastic place to eat. All u can eat crab legs and filet mignon. $60 a piece for adults. Condo does not have salt or pepper do not forget these. Also bring coffee. It’s a tough morning trying to get a cup of joe if you do not bring it with you. Everything else was pretty much provided. Kitchen was stocked but didn’t use too much. Needs a pizza pan. Never figured out the internet. It has xfinity. I tried using my own hot spot for Netflix but it didn’t work. Son was able to use it on his PlayStation though. We would stay here again. It was very comfy.

I have stayed in this building multiple times so I knew what to expect with the walking to the beach and the elevators. It was so nice not having to use and elevator to get to the car since you can park on the same level. The host was very responsive and helpful anytime I needed it. We had a great weekend trip and as a group with 2 couples and a 1 year old it didn’t feel crowded at all and it was very spaced out. We even could have had room for more people with the extra full size bed and pull out couch

Very nice room, stayed nine days and still didn’t do everything we wanted at the resort. Kids loved the pools, hope to be back soon!!
