This condo was perfect for my family! Spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great; however, very busy during Spring Break. Wonderful views! Love that there are a variety of pools to choose from! Kiddie pool was great for my grandbabies! Many onsite restaurants and an ice cream shoppe, which was very convenient for us. The hosts were very friendly, attentive, helpful and informative!

So close to the beach - two separate beach entrances, but the sunset view from the huge balcony / patio is incredible! Good location to everything needed.

Very spacious and beautifully decorated, this condo provides a home away from home with its many amenities! Gorgeous beach in an east walking distance and close to many great restaurants! Cannot wait to stay again!!

The home was well equipped and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay.

The LTW "Beachy King" condominium was a perfect size for my family. Nautical Beach Rentals was always prompt in answering any questions, and the owners have done a lovely job decorating the condominium. We enjoyed our stay short of some of the elevator and cleanliness issues from the association side, which has no reflection on the owner nor Nautical. We would return, just not in the summer months when the complex is crowded.

Our family had a blast at Laketown Resort. The grandkids loved the pools and beach. The unit was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Many dining options are available close to the resort we especially loved Pineapple Willyes! I highly recommend renting this unit and hope to return again soon.

Unit 812 Laketown Wharf Beachy King was perfect! Condo extremely roomy! Had everything we needed. Resort has everything you need in walking distance. You can literally park your car in garage and not have to get back in it until you leave. Beautiful ocean view from balcony and beautiful lake view from front door. Fitness center had plenty of equipment and was clean also with nice view. Would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about the place, it was very clean plenty of kitchen amenities. The host were amazing at communicating! I felt right at home. We all loved how everything was walkable. We will definitely be back!
