I enjoyed my stay! Will highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Red Neptune. We stayed here in April and July. This has been our favorite place to stay when vacationing at the beach. Not far from the beach and close to all of our favorite restaurants. Nautical Properties makes easy from time of booking, arrival, and departure. I highly recommend as this will not be our last time using Nautical Properties when we vacation at the beach!

This is the perfect little cottage within walking distance to the beach. The decor is great, very child friendly, great location. My family loved every minute.

We loved the Red Neptune. The host was amazing and checked on us multiple times during a bad storm to make sure we were ok and even brought over water and ice when the power was out due to the tornado. The home was decorated in a surfboard theme and felt just so beachy. Overall, we would stay here again and or at any properties that Nautical Properties manages.

Loved the beach decorations! About an easy 3-4 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Amazing host with Nautical Properties Vacation Rentals. Everything was was just perfect!

We had a great stay with Nautical Properties. The host was very fast and accurate in responding whenever we had questions or concerns. The home was very clean, neat, and tidy. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates/cups/silverware, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet. The only concern we had was a power line being down directly in front of the driveway, which made it kind of difficult to get in and out of. Other than that, our stay was A1! We will be booking again in the near future.

Red Neptune was so amazingly designed and felt like the beach home it was advertised as. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a few amazing restaurants. We will definitely come back…. Oh and the back yard was turfed!!! Perfect to play corn hole at night after the beach.

If you are looking for a great location close to the beach, this is the place. Jason was very helpful if we had any questions and quick to respond. The bungalow was very clean, comfortable, inviting, and private. We will definitely be renting this one again when we come back!!!

This property was newly renovated with all new appliances and furnishings. Super cute decor, very clean and comfortable.

Great place

Great place to stay in less crowded area of PCB. Perfect brand new renovated place couple blocks from the beach access. Host Jason is super responsive, and accommodating. Everything you need is in the unit, fully equipped kitchen and beach cart with all you need instead of carrying it with you all the way in the car. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The Bungalow was very nice, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed in it. The check in was very easy. The host stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was going good and to see if we needed anything! Very nice place to stay and in a good location. We will definitely be planning a trip back!
