Loved this property!! He cooked breakfast and dinner for us The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was heaven we didn’t want to leave. The bathroom has a double sink so we were both able to get ready together washed clothes so nothing went home dirty. Parking is very tight but it worked Would stay here again. The unit was very clean and it is located conveniently to East Nashville, which has many restaurants and bars. It is also easy access to the interstate which allows you to quickly navigate through Nashville.

I came to visit Nashville for small birthday trip girls trip. Just being us 3 girls, in a new city.. we felt safe and comfortable with this stay. Coming and going from the apartment/building felt safe. Secured locked lobby, so we knew who was there, belonged there. The street was bright and open, no sketchy feelings. The apartment itself was great and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Super comfortable bed. Cozy living room. And big bathroom for multiple people getting ready. Overall a great stay, and I will definitely come back/recommend to others.

Very nice place located close to downtown & Broadway. Very clean and cozy. Would recommend people to stay here!
Overall it was a positive experience. The unit was super clean and I found the master bed very comfortable. The lobby with the Jolene set up is now a yoga studio so that should be updated ASAP. That was a photo opportunity we planned on and were sad it was no longer available. There is also not a spatula in the kitchen which made pancake breakfasts interesting. Uber rides averaged between 15-20 to get us to Broadway. Date of arrival - October 13, 2025
