We had a fantastic time staying at this property!!! As our first Nashville visit, this location was AMAZING. We were able to walk to everything we needed to get to with no problems at all. The condo was clean, quiet and such a great place after a long day out. We especially enjoyed the balcony that had the afternoon sun. Our communication with Taylor was fantastic, and made our stay even better! We will definitely be looking at booking back in the next time we come to Nashville!

We had a great time during our stay! The space was beautiful and clean, and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and easy to get to Broadway and other activities near downtown via Lime scooters/bikes or a very quick Uber.

We had a really nice stay at this beautiful apartment. The rental company was very responsive to any requests. The unit has a really nice space upstairs to hang out and play pool which we also enjoyed. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Nashville. Date of arrival - June 21, 2025

This property was beautiful, stately and comfortable. The location is perfect. Quiet, safe neighborhood right on music row you are nestled among the famous music studios. Parking was a breeze and secure. Awesome cafes within a 2-5 min walk: The Well and Osa...i bought beans to take home from both and both were fantastic! 10 min walk to whole foods and 15min walk to the beginning of the Broadway strip. I walked all over this gorgeous city from the music row property. The unit is so comfortable-the beds were comfy and the linens soft. It was well equipped and we checked in seamlessly. During the day there is a front security and they are so friendly and welcoming. 5 ☆

The property was really well presented with a lovely stylish charm that was created in such a modern new building. I also felt the property hosts understood the needs of their guests providing prompt good communication and in a well thought through apartment. Great stay. Thank you.

Our stay at the smoke show was amazing! It had all the amenities we were looking for and was just the right size for 2 couples. It was unique, but very well decorated and clean! Very walkable to Vandy and music row. Would stay again!

Great place to stay. Downtown was a quick uber ride away. Place was spotless and hosts were very responsive and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in and were able to get in, of course that’s. It always an option but we were lucky!

We had a great 4-night stay in Nashville! We were in town to visit our nephew at Vandy/take a college tour, plus check out the city for the first time. The Smokeshow provided a great value for our family of 4 and was a way better choice than smushing into one hotel room (or footing the bill for two hotel rooms!) We found the location easy to find and very walkable to many locations. The apartment was super clean and the beds comfortable. Loved having two full bathrooms and a terrace! Despite being small, the kitchen meets all of your basic needs and I *could* have cooked there—but we came to eat locally. (It was great to have a fridge and access to morning coffee, etc.) The sitting area is lovely but doesn’t seem like it was designed for lounging around, which again wasn’t an issue since we spent most of our time out and about. My ONLY suggestion would be to put a dresser in the bedroom closet—we had no place to unpack. Other than that, A+! Would stay again!

The Smokeshow was a great place to stay. Close enough for a quick and inexpensive ride to Broadway. Walkable to near venues and restaurants. Secured parking garage (Free) located under the residence made us feel that the vehicle was safe and secure. Perfect location to be close to everything but also just far enough away to escape the noise of the big city. Will stay again.

This was a great find. Everything looked like new and was very clean. The neighborhood felt safe and was very peaceful. We loved that we were contacted to let us know that we could check in early even though we hadn't requested early check-in. That was a great benefit after arriving tired following a 9-hour car ride. The responsiveness of our host was amazing. A thumbs up all the way around

The place was fantastic. Close to Vanderbilt (where our daughter attends) as well as to 21st Avenue, Edgehill, Music Square, and even midtown/downtown Nashville. Besides being well located, the place itself was perfect. New, clean building and both safe and quiet. We have stayed at other Airbnb's in the area and they were so loud and noisy but this one was extremely quiet. The unit itself was fantastic. Small but spacious. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen as well as washer/dryer. It was uniquely decorated which sets it apart from other standard Airbnb's. It was a little bit pricier than other airbnb's in the area but in our opinion it was well worth it. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

We had an amazing stay. The home was beautiful, full of amenities, perfectly clean, and the instructions were clear. This neighborhood was a great launching point for all of our activities and it was wonderful to have underground parking. Highly recommend! 10/28/2024 at 11:13 AM

Was very impressed with this very well appointed VRBO. Extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated, had all the necessities, good amenities and a great location. Lots of available secure parking spots as well. Responsive property managers.

We enjoyed the accommodations very much, the location was perfect for us, close to some restaurants and 2.5 miles from downtown. We did have a bit of an issue with storing our bags on the last day as we didn't fly home until 6:30 pm, but the staff person working at the front desk on our final morning was terrific and let us store them in the storage room. We would stay here again.
