The Sound Wave on Music Row!

The places was spacious with a big, beautiful bathroom! The bed was very comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed, even separate makeup towels! We will definitely be staying again if we’re ever back in town!

Great property nice and clean, as well as great location. All photos and description 100% accurate. My only disappointment was that it was too cool to use the pool as it was not heated during our stay.

We had a great time staying at the Sound of Wave apartment. Brand new, comfortable and very well located with nice surroundings. We hope to stay here again soon.

Loved my stay!

This space was everything we needed, and more than we had time to explore. The space was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Even though the space is on the smaller side, even my 6’ 7” husband was comfortable. Large doors, high ceilings, and thoughtful layout made all the difference. The water pressure was great and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We’d stay here again!

Very convenient to Broadway and service was exceptional.

This location was absolutely perfect; a quick five minute Uber ride to Broadway and a five minute walk to the Gulch. The local restaurants around the corner were great for late evening snacks and the coffee shop 100 steps away was perfect for a relaxing morning treat. Don’t think twice. The location is quiet yet close to everything!

We loved everything about this condo but especially the location. It was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere for coffee, food and entertainment! The neighborhood is top notch and close to both Belmont and Vanderbilt. If we wanted to go somewhere else we just hopped in an Uber. The condo itself was quiet and beautiful. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second the next time we visit Nashville!

Great stay! The unit is as described and very clean. The common area is a nice place to hang out, cook etc. Nautical properties was very responsive to anything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sound Wave. The space was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The host team was very responsive to address one minor issue that we encountered, and they worked hard to stay in communication and resolve it quickly. The property is located in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood but close to some fun walkable spots and a very short drive to the Broadway activity. We had a lot of fun visiting Nashville and staying in The Sound Wave. Highly recommend!

Great Hosts, Great Design. Close to everything.

Absolutely love this place. Spotless, great location, shuffleboard was a great touch. Great communication. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to go to Nashville and be close to everything.

We were very happy with our stay at Sound Wave. It was a very clean space and comfortable experience. Plush towels, soft linens, comfortable bed and seating. Well stocked kitchen too. The host gave clear instructions and was very quick to respond with an answer to a question. The building common spaces were nice, clean, quiet, safe and secure. Parking was easy, with plenty of spots available. Easy walking to coffee and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here. Excellent hosts!

Condo was flawless !!!!! As soon as you walk into the condo, you will be blown away the decor the wallpaper everything was just like the pictures very beautiful The home was very clean. It had all the necessities that I needed. The building was very clean and secure. I love that security was available 24 hours a day. The garage was definitely safe and secure as well. The pool area is very nice enough space for everyone to enjoy a nice pool day even though it’s still the winter time I did go out by the pool and have breakfast by the pool that was really nice. The train is really nice to watch from your balcony while maybe having a glass of wine or having a cocktail. I definitely recommend this home for a long-term or short term stay this home has everything you need. It is close to everything. It has on site parking even though parking is first come first serve. I still was able to park in the garage every night.
