Sunbird 107E

Great condo on 1st floor!! Beautiful view!! Shower was awesome!! 

Stayed at the Sunbird first floor condo with my husband and daughter who is stationed in the Air Force in Florida. The place was exactly as described. Unit is nicely decorated, kitchen was clean and great for preparing breakfast and lunch. (We made a point to enjoy some of the local restaurants) Loved the shower! Easy access to food. Parking on site. 3 pools, a beautiful walk out patio which we enjoyed our morning coffee. The condo itself was lovely. We did bring our own beach towels and there are laundry facilities on site which made for easy to keep up any laundry we wanted to take care of. Any questions I had were promptly answered by the host. We will definitely we back again. Date of arrival - May 3, 2025

This location has quick access to beach (not a walkout to beach) but great view. Place is quiet and very comfortable. Pool is in a shaded area so water temp was very cold in mid April.

This condo was perfect! Right on the boardwalk, clean(spotless), very well decorated and the hosts were absolutely amazing. We will be back to stay here again and recommend Nautical Properties Vacation Rentals for sure.

We loved our stay! We actually booked a hotel months ago, and then found this place two weeks before our honeymoon and we immediately booked it. They were so responsive and helpful. Check in and check out was so easy and convenient. The location was perfect, just far enough away from the loudness, but still close enough to everything. So peaceful the entire week! We enjoyed our entire trip so much and will definitely be back!

This condo was exactly how it was described. We enjoyed staying on the bottom floor. It was centrally located in the middle of the east building and easy accessible. Condo was spotless! Rental company was very responsive when I had a question and answered all of them quickly and efficiently! Condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked! We will most definitely be staying here again!

Perfect size and perfect décor. Instant access to the beach! Extremely comfortable bed and great kitchen. we will be back!

We love staying at Sunbird Condos but especially unit 107E. We love having a ground floor. It was roomy for two people and a very just a few steps to the beach. We will be staying here numerous times in the future.

I really loved staying here, so peaceful all you heard was the ocean waves, and so clean, and very convenient if you needed to walk to some places, it’s close to things I like. I 10/10 recommend and i’ll definitely be booking again!
