Top of the Gulf is an older complex built in 1976 that has been beautifully maintained by a tight-knit community of individual owners. The condo association, front desk, maintenance, and security staff enforce all of the property rules that keep the community in great shape, including:
- Wristbands are required while on resort property and for access to the resort amenities, including the pool. Wristbands will be placed in the condo prior to the guest's arrival and are required to be left upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge per missing wristband.
- No additional visitors are allowed on property, even temporarily.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking in the unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas on each floor.
- No golf carts, slingshots or scooters allowed on property.
- Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.
***Things to Note:
- The resort fee of $30 is not included in the booking price. It is payable by cash only (no card) upon arrival at the front desk. The resort fee includes one parking pass. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off site to ensure parking availability.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Top of the Gulf. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
We loved our stay here for our family of 4 over fall break. The room is located in a smaller complex resulting in a much less busy beach. it's so nice to have room to spread out the chairs and toys and all the things. We loved how close the room was to the pool. We were able to see our children all the way from the pool of they wanted to head back to the room to use the bathroom or grab a snack. We did a bunch of cooking and had all the necessary utensils. We were maybe 1 mile from Walmart and placed a pick up order the day before leaving town to come to PCB which made our arrival a breeze. I liked knowing what toiletries would be provided so I knew to add a pack of toilet paper to our Walmart order. They only thing that could make the condo better is a lamp with USB ports or something more easily accessible for charging devices next to the bed. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved that the big beds were Queen sized instead of Full like a lot of rooms. would stay again for sure!
