Really great, comfortable, and clean! We never had to reach out because the instructions were very clear and we really enjoyed our stay! For a condo in a city area it was very quiet. We will definitely stay there again. :)

A perfect little place for a getaway in Nash in a great location! The apartment, building and garage were all clean and felt safe. Everything we needed was provided, check in and check out instructions were clear and overall we felt very comfortable staying here!

The apartment was prefect for my daughter and I while we visited Vanderbilt for admissions events. I hope to rent this unit again when I visit her at school over the next 4 years. Only thing missing for us was a spray counter cleaner or wipes and a sponge. Other than that we had everything we needed and it was super clean and comfortable. The area felt relatively safe and the garage was very convenient. Date of arrival - April 10, 2025
